medicine balls, dumbbells, jump rope)
 Handling and movement of adjustable benches
 Usage of heavy and bulky motorized cardiovascular machines (Treadmills, ellipticals,
steppers, bicycles and rowers)
 Usage of heavy and bulky stacked weight machines
 Usage of electronic equipment (computers, equipment display panels and AV
equipments)
Training room activities are also extended to recreational users (NTU / NIE Staff and
students) during off-peak (non-teaching) hours.
