Were the Romans really rotten?

Were the Romans really rotten?
Year 4 Summer Term
As Historians we will be discovering the significant date and events that occurred during the rise and fall of the
Roman Empire. We will also explore the culture and daily life of Romans, from Emperors to slaves. Most importantly we
will discover how the Romans changed Britain when they invaded in 55BC.
As geographers we will map the expansion of the Roman Empire across Europe, as well as its many trade routes across
the globe. We will also study the different types of settlements across Britain ( Anglo Saxon and Roman).
As Scientists we will explore How sound is created and heard. Furthermore later in the term we will look at the
changing state of matter!
