Finding your spammed test result emails

Finding your spammed test result emails
It appears that the spam filters for certain email accounts have been reset meaning that although you may have been
receiving results from NML correctly before this may not be the case anymore. This means that emails from NML may
end up in your Junk folder rather than the Inbox.
If you are accessing your results on using a desktop program e.g. Microsoft Outlook, or Mozilla Thunderbird they may not
even appear in the Junk box as the program may not download ‘Junk’ emails. As far as we can tell the following email
address’ have been affected, but there may be more:

@orange

@wanadoo

@fsnet

@fsmail.net

@freeserve
To access your email account’s Junk box you
will need to log in to access your emails using
the online webmail facility.
To do this go to the Orange email account login
page (this should work for all the above email
address’)
https://web.orange.co.uk/r/login/
Type in your email address as the Username
and your account password as shown right.
You will then see a
screen like this one.
You will note that there
are messages in the
junk mail folder.
Click on the Junk mail
folder to open it.
Click here to open your
Junk mail folder
