NOS NOW OFFERING MULTI PLATFORM FOX PLAY
As from today, NOS is offering FOX PLAY, the on demand video service of FOX International
Channels, that lets viewers see all episodes of a selection of the best series of the
entertainment channels FOX, FOX Life and FOX Crime on a multi platform basis.
As from today, the free FOX PLAY subscription and viewing of contents on the multiscreen FOX Play
App is available from NOS. The FOX PLAY service allows free, unlimited and easy access to the best
series on FOX channels, not just current ones but also those that have already been shown in the
past.
Series such as ‘The Walking Dead’, ‘Wayward Pines’, ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’, ‘The Strain’ and
‘Sleepy Hollow’ from FOX, ‘Scandal’, ‘The Mysteries of Laura’ and ‘Rizzoli & Isles’ from FOX Life, or
‘Poirot’ from FOX Crime, are just some of the high profile contents now available on FOX Play.
Available on the website http://www.foxplay.pt and also on a mobile app, especially designed for
smartphones and tablets with iOS and Android systems, FOX PLAY is a multi-platform service
offering NOS customers the possibility of watching the FOX contents of their choice, when, where and
how they want.
According to Alexandre Martins, Residential Product and Marketing Manager at NOS, “this is yet
another initiative to provide the best consumer experience and the most relevant contents for our
customers. Following the launch of automatic recording and of Iris’ online multidevice, the FOX Play
service is another option for NOS customers to personalise their experience, opting for the contents
that most suit their interests and with the FOX guarantee of quality”.

be significantly broadening its offer and making the service available to NOS customers. In addition,
the two teams are already working together to bring the FOX Play service to television, where the
range of available FOX contents will be extended and will complement our already existing channels
and recording services”.
This new FIC service complements the experience provided by linear channels, giving viewers the
chance to access series from these channels when, where and how they want. FOX Play is an
application that therefore ensures that the FOX world evolves towards the current context of on
demand and binge viewing.
