Building movements everywhere, so everyone knows someone who

About Us
While Jesse was in college at Washington State Univ. he got involved with Campus Crusade when a staff member asked
him to meet up and talk about where he
was at spiritually. The Lord radically
changed Jesse’s life and he joined staff in
2009. Megan got involved with Campus
Crusade in college at Oregon State Univ.
After she worked for Campus Crusade in
London for a year, the Lord led her to join
staff full-time. Jesse and Megan got married in 2008 and are now serving at Eastern Washington University and Gonzaga
University along side the rest of the Spokane, WA Metro Team.
History of C.C.C.
Campus Crusade for Christ began on the
campus of UCLA in 1951. This ministry was
founded by Bill and Vonette Bright. What
started as a ministry to students on that
campus now touches the lives of people all
across the world.
Nearly 70 different ministries operate under the Campus Crusade for Christ umbrella, touching most segments of society.
Some of these ministries include the Jesus
Film Project, Athletes in Action, Josh
McDowell, and Family Life. More than
27,000 staff and 550,000 volunteers serve
in 191 countries. Today the Campus ministry is a network of vibrant growing movements in the United States and across the
world.
Our desire is to invest in college students by introducing them to Christ, and
help them grow in their relationship with
Him. We want to see them mature in their
own faith
with a desire to impact their

The Vision:
The Ministry:
Why College Students?
Reaching Lost Students
College students are the leaders of tomorrow. If we reach college students with the
life-changing message of the gospel, we’ll
reach the world for Christ!
Imagine what the world would look like if every one of
the world’s 110 million college students had the opportunity to hear the gospel and respond to it. We want to
see students embrace
the purpose, love and
forgiveness that God
offers them in a relationship with Jesus
Christ.
College students make
up about 1% of the
earth’s population. The leadership of nearly every
sphere of society comes from the campus. Whether it’s
the media, government,
business, or the Church,
today’s college students
will lead the world
tomorrow.
Typically, it is during
the college years that
students decide what
they will live for, and for whom they will live. This
generation of students is waiting to hear a clear, compassionate and
culturally relevant presentation
of the gospel. We
serve as a spiritual resource to
students, providing information,
training, relationships, opportunities and environments that are conducive to spiritual growth.
The U.S. Campus Ministry is one of 70 ministries
under the leadership of Campus Crusade for Christ
International.
The Campus Ministry last year:
Number of Campus Movements: 1,431
Campus Ministry staff: 3,409
Students Hearing the Gospel each year:
Over 12 Million
Students that became Christians last year:
110,850
What does Campus Crusade
for Christ do on campus?
Traditionally, around ten staff members
work together in an effort to reach every
student on campus with the gospel.
Our team will use personal evangelism and
discipleship as a daily part of our ministry.
We lead Bible studies, plan outreaches,
and equip and develop student leaders to
reach their campus, and ultimately the
world, for Christ!
*www.EveryStudent.com (a site designed to help
students know who God is and what it would
be like to know God) has been translated into
several languages for use around the world.
The family of web sites sees an average of
535,000 unique visitors per month. In 2008
over 93,000 students accepted Christ through
these sites.
*Our online coach for student leaders,
www.godsquad.com, is averaging 800 to 1000 users
each day on weekdays.
*More than 11,000 students participated in Christmas and Winter conferences last year. Each conference (ten locations nationally) offers students dynamic speakers, powerful worship music and community outreach opportunities.
*Over 1 million Freshman Survival Kits have been
distributed. Each FSK contains a Bible, an alternative Christian music CD, video clips with subjects
ranging from sex and relationships to interviews
with famous athletic figures; and a book, such as
Josh McDowell's More than A Carpenter.
Our objectives are:
To WIN students to Christ
through one
on one conversations, outreaches and media
To BUILD them up in their faith
through bible studies, conferences, retreats, biblical life application and mentoring relationships
To SEND them out into the world to
continue winning, building and sending others through summer mission trips,
internships, full-time staff and market place
