I have properly completed all information requested and agree to comply with all provisions, rules, regulations
and policies set forth in the Texas Twister’s Trip Policies.

I hereby appoint Texas Twisters Ski and Adventure Club, its officers, and trip leaders as my agent to perform
all acts and to enter into any and all contracts as may be deemed desirable in connection with this ski trip.
I understand that Texas Twisters Ski and Adventure Club acts only as a coordinator and accepts no
responsibility for the services of any person, ski area, airline, motor coach, hotel, or any organization
whatsoever rendering any of the services or accommodations being offered on any trip. I understand that ski
trip, lift ticket, and other activity fees are based upon current tariffs and are subject to change without notice.
I fully understand that Texas Twisters Ski and Adventure Club is a non-profit association run by volunteers who
have no special training in conducting trips or other activities. By participation, I do not rely on the expertise of
any director, officer, activity coordinator, or the agents of any of the foregoing.
I agree that I am solely responsible for my personal safety and conduct, and for meeting all payment deadlines.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Twisters Ski and Adventure Club, its directors, officers and trip
leader or coordinators; the Texas Ski Council, its directors and officers, from any loss, cost or expense incurred
by, or attributable in any way, to me in connection with any club trip or other activity. I agree to abide by the
Bylaws, Standing Rules and regulation of Texas Twisters Ski and Adventure Club and the ruling of the Trip
Leaders and Activity Coordinators in connection with any ski trip or other activity.
Cancellation Policy:. I understand If I must cancel after the balance due date, the entire trip payment will be
retained to defray payments paid on my behalf for travel, lodging and lift tickets. Texas Twisters Ski and
Adventure Club will return that portion of the payment that can be recovered, less the $50.00 cancellation fee.

and evening stroll in the Champs de Mars under the Eifel Tower
 January 21 - Day 3 – Paris at your leisure

 Your Local Host can suggest wonderful options for the day – like an excursion to Clade
Monet’s Giverny or Louis XIV’s Palace of Versailles. You may also be interested in a visit to
the Picasso Museum, Centre Pompidou, or Victor Hugo’s home – the possibilities are
endless!
 Note - Versailles is in Zone 5 and requires a supplement ticket (not included). Purchase
supplement at an RER ticket booth.
 January 22 - Day 4 - Paris
 Your pre-tour ends with breakfast and transfers to the airport in the morning.

Cancelation Policies For the group: Entire Group Cancellations $500 initial deposit is forfeited. 60-45 days
prior to departure, Europe Express will contact land suppliers and attempt to acquire reimbursement for
remaining funds if all tours are cancelled. Partial refunds might be given, but are not guaranteed.
