"PATHWAYS TO FLIGHT"
We held our final STEM Seminar for this
fiscal year on Saturday, March 22 at
McKinney National Airport with 12 Cadettes
and four troop leaders and parents present.
Chapter members on hand were: Robyn
Brandenburg,
Brooke
Franklin,
Jerry
Glennie, Jane (Capstick) Jones, Ann Koenig,
Koko Kostelny, Beth Polcari, Janny
Strickland, and Holly Barr. Pat Schroeder, a
member of the Ambassador Chapter, and
Greg Herring, Beth's gentleman friend and
good friend of our chapter, were also there
to help us.

WE HAVE A NEW BRIDE!
Jane Capstick, Dallas Chapter Secretary
and American Eagle First Officer, is now
Mrs. Adam Jones. Their wedding took place
on February 22, and she is now
a happy, glowing bride!
Following or March 22 Cadette seminar we
presented Jane with a card and picture
frame to display their most precious
moments.
Tour Galveston Friday, hop-on-hop-off
style, via a tour bus. Following the business
meeting Saturday, there will be seminars by
Holly Cooper, a Houston Ship Channel pilot,
and David Johnson, regarding NASA's
future plans. Saturday's Island Adventure
Banquet will be island casual, right down to
the flip-flops!

Conference
SPRING 2014 SECTION
MEETING
Don't forget to sign up for the South
Central Spring Section meeting, to be held
May 15-18 at Moody Gardens Hotel on
Galveston Island. The Houston Chapter will
host this meeting. Moody Gardens is home
