Abstract
The consumers do not know that it is a standing procedure to degas drinking water
before bottling. This is done in order to remove the oxygen dissolved with the air in
water. Thereby the shelf-life of bottled water is extended. Evolution, however, is
linked up with surface water and a lot of air dissolved in the water which I call
Natural Oxygen Water.
Closer investigation of this water shows that a three dimensional vibration is
prevailing in every water molecule. Finally it was found that cancer is a problem
which can not be solved with pharmacy and related standard procedures. These
procedures are surgery, radiation, overheating, cut-off supply and others.
Cancer is an information problem. The cancer cellular system is known to be very
strong and vivid. It just needs to be informed not to develop beyond natural and
normal existence or to stop to grow or to degenerate finally.
The proper information avoids cancer, stops it or even organises the disappearance
of tumours. Standard medicine has no explanations for these healing and uses the
terms “spontaneous healing”.
The corresponding information is stored, transferred and partially developed within
the vibration zone of the water molecule.
Additional more or less related projects are included.
Further discussion and research are necessary in an increasing larger scale. Ten
million USD could trigger the acceleration of the projects.
The financial revenues can be tremendous and re-produced by the Natural Oxygen
Water project and related projects.

1. Proposals to the
Foundation, Arlington
National
Science
As we are proposing the new informative medicine medical doctors were
approaching our team with enthusiasm. After some preliminary personal discussion
the interdisciplinary projects are presented to the National Science Foundation in
the form of modern art as research proposals with elements of business plans
including some economic theories and experiences. It is the aim to gain the support
of the NSF combined with other organizations as the Princeton Water Research
Group and myself were contributing to the lunar landing problems in 1962 to 1965.
1.1. Existing basic elements of informative medicine
From our point of view informative medicine existed in reality for a long time and is
performing partially excellent.
One well-known example for informative medicine is the large field of vaccination.
Semi-dead viruses are transferred into the organism of the patient thereby
transferring a certain set of information to the patients’ immune system. The so preinformed immune system starts to produce biological active substances, so-called
“immune bodies” according to the well observed immunological systems. Most
important however is the informative part of the process. In order to make this
understood the following example may explain this special aspect:
It is just as if the police would have the photograph of a potential criminal. Nothing
really happens yet, but every officer and every police station is alert, so if this guy
shows up they react accordingly. In a similar way the biological patient’s system is
prepared to react with the proper defense mechanisms if the real active and alive
viruses are trying to infect the patient.
Up to now we don’t have any potential cure or pharmaceutical products against viral
infections as we do already have against certain bacteria. The reason why is, that
bacteria are real living animals. But viruses exist in the boundary zone of living
substances and so called dead materials. On one hand they show all symptoms of
life such as metabolism and reproduction. If unfavorable boundary conditions prevail
they can transfer themselves into so called dead substances like crystals and start

to live again after millions of years if the boundary conditions have changed in their
favor. The last seventy years we did not learn too much new about viruses. That’s
why pandemics which cost millions of lives are still threatening us for occurring
about every forty years.
For this reason we must investigate more about the informative component of
materialistic processes. It is still not proven, whether certain diseases with a
metabolically background are not triggered by information or an essential part of
these diseases or even cancer are mainly informative problems which steer the
biological processes.
When Einstein and Bohr asked themselves whether the moon was really there or it
was there only because they looked at it, we still do not understand the full impact of
this consideration taking place while the two of them were walking at nighttime.
Zeilinger at Vienna shares our opinion of many modern quantum physicists saying
that matter and information are one and the same thing but just two sides of one
coin.
1.2. Structure, function and information
The Princeton Water Research Group proposes that the wide field of medicine
consists mainly of three areas which are structure, function and information.
Basically there does not exist anything else which couldn’t be handled under one of
these topics.
Our orthopedic were the first to accept the sup roach. In their field they meet
structure every day in the clinic. They also automatically engage with function
because structure doesn’t make sense if it doesn’t function properly. Sooner or later
he found out, that there are a lot of issues which they summarize under the term of
information. While structure and function can be replaced or supported with modern
chirurgical practice, the informative component is not yet embedded in artificial hips.
Up to now no microchips can be found in these mechanical replacements.
But modern medicine is much more than structure and function and there has to be
done a lot more on the informative sector. Ultimately it is known that nature can
basically reproduce essential parts of a biological system if we would find the
informative switches.
In this sector the medical terms function and dysfunctions play an important role.
Again an example is used to make the problem understood: There is a two masts

sailboat in the Mediterranean Sea. All three sails are up, a steady wind moves the
boat according to the steering commands of a properly functioning automatic pilot
and everything seems to be o.k. on board. The whole picture changes drastically
however if the information in terms of GPS-coordinates to the automatic pilot is
wrong or off track.
There is a whole array of serious diseases where everything seems to be o.k. and
still the people are suffering without any realistic hope for a cure. In many cases
pharmaceutical products are desperately prescribed and supplied with fatal
secondary side effects which cannot be avoided. This is one of the reasons besides
the cancer problem why we must embark on New Informative Medicine.
1.3. Information is the dominant factor of our existence
There are several information systems which are working simultaneously in our
biological system. Very well known are our nervous-system, our hormonal-system,
our immune-system and our biochemical-system.
In all these systems information plays the central key-roll.
Example: An employee has severe problems with his boss, it doesn’t matter if these
problems are real problems or only based on misunderstanding (disinformation!).
The result may be that the employee will develop an acid stomach and finally
cancer. You can see here, that an information problem can materialize.
A library doesn’t only consist of shelves, paper and ink, the important part is the
information! On the other hand, information doesn’t make sense if it cannot be
stored, transmitted or detected. Detection in our sense means, that our environment
is overloaded with radiation, vibrations, frequencies and information. In order to use
it, we need a receiver which can pick up the special signals to be used.
Our biological system is extremely complicated. Our very existence, our biological
system and life itself is not imaginable without water and its special properties.
We mainly consist out of water and it is one of the shortcomings of standard
medicine. Water simply does not exist in its curriculum. Mostly water was
considered as a solvent for substances. We do not get any further if we do not
realize, recognize, accept and further investigate that water is much more than a
solvent. It stores, transmits, organizes, balances and amplifies information, all at the
same time as it is necessary. If we consider, that 99% of our eyes consist of water

and 98% of our brain consists of water, we might very well find out that water can
see and think in a certain way.
1.5. Spontaneous healing of cancer
It is well-known that a group of cancer cells is very “healthy” by itself. It can be cured
only by cutting it out of the body as it is done every day with chirurgical efforts. It can
be radiated to death with chemotherapy which very often kills the whole organism
which should be saved and stay untouched. Very often people have no other choice
but die by cancer or chemotherapy. Sometimes cancer can be killed by overheating
the tissue or by cutting it off from nourishing supply lines. Even with huge research
efforts pharmacy does not succeed to prevent or to cure cancer.
Our Princeton Water Research Group and our three US-based companies are
convinced that cancer is nothing but an informative problem. The information to
cellular system is stored, transmitted, steered and controlled by the internal
vibrations of the natural oxygen Water. This is the reason why in rare cases already
now so-called spontaneous healings are occurring. The cancerous cellular system
can be informed or is informed every day with various massages.
For instance:
Do not generate cancer!
Stop the growth of cancer immediately!
Rebuild the cancer tissue in such a way that it disappears fast!
Alls this is happening all over the world daily. Standard school medicine knows
these events, calls is spontaneous healing, has no explanation for it or call it even a
wonder.
We generated the Natural Oxygen Water, investigated its internal structure and its
inner vibrations. We know that this is the avenue to avoid, to control and to heal
cancer using the informative capacities of the Natural Oxygen Water. More
extensive research involving many scientists and structures are necessary to
overcome.

2. Modern art in order to explain and to gain
support for scientific water related projects
It is a standard procedure to present research proposals in a certain well-accepted
manner but with persuasive elements in order to gain attention and support.
Involving the internet and an enormous increasing pressure to solve challenges of
our every day’s life the speed of scientific turnover is increasing in a dramatic way.
Time seems to elapse faster than ever before and the human knowledge doubles in
increasing shorter periods of time.
Under these circumstances people flee into seemingly protected environmental
shelters as there are religions, sects, addictions, meditations, dogmatisms and
others and maybe even in art.
Regarding modern art I found out that I could not understand and cope with modern
art issues.
Finally the idea emerged that scientific relations could be presented overlapping
each other in such a way that a modern art picture is created where every line, dash
or dot represents a scientific relationship which is obviously proven to be true
beyond any doubt. Surprisingly I found in numerous lectures and seminars that this
way of chaotic presentation of scientific relations triggers an unique interest of the
audience. Furthermore I was literally caught by surprise that each audience of each
group of scientifically or unscientifically minded people developed a high degree of
capacity to find and identify scientific relations in the chaotic modern art
presentation. To a certain extent even addiction-like phenomena were observed.
Finally I could state that human mind has obviously a basic gift to find its way
through difficult or unorthodox presentations and thereby develops a surprising
higher degree of remembrance and reproductive capacity if the presentation is done
in this worldwide unique manner of technical modern art.
In the following the attempt related to water information is made for the first time to
present some of the basic statements step by step in verbal and sketched-like
presentation to be added up finally in the modern art chaos. It can be assumed that
this sort of presentation lacks the radiation of the personal presentation but it might
still encourage others to listen closer to the research proposals which are included
in this report. For others who want to know more a CD will be soon available to this
report which presents a more vivid transfer of the written and sketchy information.
The singling-out procedure of basic information related to the research projects and

the following putting together procedure might be easy or tiring but it could well
trigger interest to the reader.
In the following the sketches of the single scientific statements are drawn up in
every chapter. At the very end all the sketches could be superimposed and thereby
create the modern art picture mentioned above.
In order to vividly realize how this presentation is emerging the following procedure
is maintained throughout the report:
After every single sketch a partial adding-up of the previous sketches shows the
development of the presentation and deepens the understanding and memory.
In the middle of the report a partial reiteration takes place for the same reason. At
the end the summary emerges in a sort of unique presentation of the main part of
the report. It was found that nobody up to now used this sort of presentation which
finally develops its own persuasive character. In this way modern art could develop
a branch to be used in general information transfer.
In my lectures and seminars the superposition does however not take place in this
manner. In reality the modern art sketch emerges while I am presenting and
discussing the elements step by step to or with the audience. Therefore I decided to
continuously overlap the drawings and presentations in order to come as close as
possible to the mutual happening of this sort of presentation. The reader may very
well come up with his own judgement on this sort of procedure. The risk involved is
caused by the lack of the personal presentation and the feedback of the audience.
The attempt however should be made. This explains why after every sketch an
increasing summarising sketch is added, which finally leads to the complete
scientific modern art picture.
2.1 Vibrating structure of the water molecule
Considering a water molecule H2O it was found that the two hydrogen atoms and
the corresponding oxygen atom are not placed in one line but in an exocentric
position forming a medium angle of 104.9 degrees. The word medium indicates that
this is not a fixed angle but a medium value where the two hydrogen atoms are
vibrating and thereby forming this angle. The angle is very well known in the
scientific community. The corresponding vibration is unknown. A closer look shows
that this vibration does not take place in a plain only but in the three dimensions.
Winterkorn, Schmidt, Tchebotariov and I were very much discussing my research
especially in the years 1962 to 1964 at the Civil Engineering Department at

Princeton University. This simplified basic structure of the water molecule is
standard knowledge today.

A closer look at the vibration of the water molecule leads to the following very new
up to now unknown considerations:
Nature has developed a strong tendency to load vibrations with information which
can be stored and transmitted. Since water plays a key-role in the very structure and
existence of life we should not be surprised to find that these vibrations of the threedimensional swinging arms which connect the oxygen atom of the water molecule
with the 2 hydrogen atoms show certain characteristics. Besides many other
features these vibrations develop forms which can be related to the electronic signal
of our heartbeat. The following sketch indicates a simplification of this vibration.

The swinging photon
If these considerations are accepted and understood so far it gets “a little bit more
complicated and mystic” (wording of Einstein) if it seems inevitable that the
information involved is transmitted according to standard quanta physical principles.
It is one of my favourite topics to explain comparatively complicated features in a
simplified generally understandable manner without losing the essence of the
information.
In this case we have to look at special quanta. In order to gain the interest of the
audience I point out the following: If the sun is setting at the horizon and we can see
that it just touches this horizon we know that the sun has already disappeared in
reality minutes before. What we see is just the light of the sun which takes 8 minutes
to travel the distance to earth. The light that reaches us at sunset does not consist
of light rays. However it consists of small increments of the light which can be called
light quanta. Usually for the term light quanta a special term is used which science
calls photon.
The surprise begins now: Photons are swinging around their centre in all directions.
If we look at a photon or observe it with a so-called photon-clicker the photon
changes one of its basic properties by swinging in one direction only.
This is a change of a basic property by just looking at the matter.

If another photon is interconnected with this photon in such a way that it once
bounced into the observed photon and travelled a considerable distance since that
impact a shocking experience is made: as we observe the No 1 photon which
changes its property by swinging in one direction only the second interconnected
photon at a remote distance also changes its property and also starts swinging in
one direction only.
This change of the basic property of the second photon takes place immediately at
the same time as the first photon is changing its property by swinging in one
direction only.

The information between the two photons which correlate this special swinging
activity is transmitted from position “a” to position “b” not with the speed of light but
instantaneously, which means much faster. The mystic part of this event emerges
when it is found that the information between “a” and “b” does not even exist.
Since these findings of quantum physics were verified in a time frame of about
seventy years in all large physical institutions worldwide, the whole world is building
quantum computers. The information can be handled very fast and not be
intercepted or scanned since they do not exist in their routing. These computers
cannot be compared with our standard computers. Our standard computers are
working on a system 0 / 1 or on and off.
A quantum computer uses an entirely different approach. If a quantum approaches
an intersection which enables two ways to go the quantum can go both ways at the

same time. This effect is observed not just at one point and not in a linear or planar
system but in a three-dimensional system. It works like an atomic explosion and that
is why quantum computers are much faster than our standard computer systems.
The first quantum computers are already operating.
By the way these computers have a special additional feature. They can work top
secret since the information which is transferred from one photon to the other
doesn’t even exist. It can not be intercepted, altered or read by anybody. So the
information transfer is safe.

Special free valances of the water molecule
All this now is necessary in order to understand that information in between water
molecules seems to be transmitted according to this quantum mechanical system.
We begin to realise that life and highly complex biological systems use water not
only as a solvent, as school medicine believes up to now, but as a mechanism to
store, transmit and most probably even create information. Our brain and our eyes
are mainly consisting of water. Besides the many findings about our biological

existence a lot of further research has to be done in order to understand the
additional capacities and properties of water. Knowing more about these boundary
conditions we could avoid and cure cancer and many diseases which threaten our
existence today.
Additional features of the water molecule influence our every day’s life. Again I have
to simplify the basic structure of the water molecule to make myself understood and
not to lose contact with reality.
Considering the vibrating angle or the two arms which attach the two Hydrogen
atoms to the Oxygen atom, there is a bisector line of the angle which is in the centre
of the two arms which I call the “attachment line” or free valances of the water
molecule.
At one end of this line there are the minerals attached which build up the so-called
mineral water. Water experts have known for 30 years that the best mineral water is
“no mineral water”. There is a simple reason for this surprise: the attachment of the
minerals to the water molecule is so strong that these minerals are still attached to
the water molecule even when it leaves our body according to the standard routing.
These minerals are therefore not available for the body or our metabolism.
This more or less shocking statement is normally not harmful since we supply
ourselves with enough minerals by using standard food for example vegetables,
fruit, potatoes, cereals or bread. The real harm develops if we realize that the
leftover remains of our metabolism must be washed out in order to leave our body.
Substances which are not leaving our body are inevitably staying in our system
thereby creating the so-called plague in our veins and other unfavourable deposits
which lead to heart attack, strokes and other venereal diseases. These deposits
can be seen even in our eyes. This washing-out process can take place only if the
minerals don’t take the permanent position in the fringe areas in the water
molecules where the unfavourable substances should be attached to be transported
out of our biological system. In other words: the washing-out capacity is dramatically
reduced if our drinking water is over-mineralized. Therefore a total mineralization
should be in the vicinity of about 500 mg /litre.
It is a good idea to realize that nature normally handles its activities in areas which
we might call medium ranges. Extreme values are very often not effective in the
long range considerations. This means that the extreme of zero mineralization like in

distilled water should be avoided in order to maintain proper osmotic boundary
conditions.

Air dissolved in Natural Oxygen Water
The opposite wing of this semi-free valance branch is one of the places where
oxygen, nitrogen and a few other gases are attached to the water molecule. The
physical mechanism has been known for 200 years and is called “Henrys Law”.

Simplified it means basically that in any liquid almost all gases can be dissolved if
the pressure is increased and the temperature is decreased. This is basically
understandable because this so-called “Brownian Movement” of the molecules
which generates the illusion of temperature decreases the capacity to hold gases if
the molecules are externally vibrating very fast. In this case they throw away the
dissolved gases. Natural Oxygen Water, as I named it in my patent, has a
surprisingly high disease-preventing and -healing effect which is described
separately (Regard my books and brochures).
Shocking enough is the very fact and worldwide practically unknown to the
consumers that almost all bottled water is degased with technical efforts before
bottling. This effort is done in order to remove the dissolved oxygen out of the water
in order to achieve long-term stability of the water in the shelves of the
supermarkets (2 years).
It is known that with influence of light and warm temperatures oxygen which is
dissolved in water would increase the number of germs and bacteria in the water in
a dramatic way beyond any legally tolerable boundaries. This means that we drink
so-called “dead water” which is a technical term for public water supply systems.
Swimming in this dead water no fish would survive.
Mankind however was drinking water from the surface out of rivers, lakes, wells and
waterfalls for millions of years. Our metabolism and our very life are attached very
closely to this “Natural Oxygen Water” with lots of air dissolved.
In a similar manner we are adapted to breath a gas which we call air i.e. about 20%
oxygen and 80% nitrogen and in between a few small amounts of rare gases.
Nobody would get the idea or accept that the air we breathe is manipulated or
changed in its basic content except in an air-condition system for temperature
control.
It is a scandal that the very basis of our existence – the drinking water – is artificially
degased if bottled. Normally water contains a lot of dissolved air. Evolution took
place involving water near the surface of the earth. This means water with a lot of
dissolved air is an essential part of our development. This sort of water is Natural
Oxygen Water.

If however we get a hold on Natural Oxygen Water and enjoy its special and unique
taste our biological receptors in the area of the tongue trigger information which was

Animals such as dogs, cats and horses allow us to observe these reactions when

our supplies for flower irrigation. They know with their basic instinct what mankind
have to research and learn again. Many people however have preserved a fraction
of this basic instinct and developed a certain slight addiction for the Natural Oxygen
Water.
Coming back to our modern drawing we find that consuming the Natural Oxygen
Water leads to an immediate acceptance in our bloodstream. The oxygen is
accepted easily and reduces decay in our intestines and thereby unloads our
immune system. The nitrogen acts like balls-spheres and increases the liquidity of
our blood immediately and significantly. Thereby the flow within our blood vessels is
supported in such a way that the oxygen which we breathe is transported more
easily and the supply of the cells by the metabolic system is supported.
The most significant effect however can be recognized immediately. As the
dissolved air in the Natural Oxygen Water is absorbed in our biological system the
now free semi-valence - “the grab arm”- of the water molecule is free and can attach
the leftover-substances of the metabolism and remove them out of the body instead
of storing them in our veins as plaque.
This waste-control effect is one of the most important side effects of the so-called
Natural Oxygen Water.
2.7. Partial summary
Teaching experience shows that a continuous presentation of some more or less
complicated knowledge or a combination of new theories overloads our capacities to
realize or materialize the new information or findings. A short stop and recapitulation
helps to anchor the information in the structure of our brain. I found this especially to
be true in connection with my so-called Modern Art Presentation.
Therefore the findings described from 2.1. to 2.6. are summarised as follows:
2.7.1.
Information transport
There is a vibration with a special characteristic, connecting hydrogen atoms with
the corresponding oxygen atom. These vibrations can store and transmit information
into biological systems via quantum mechanical procedures instantaneously.

2.7.2.
Mineralization and disease prevention
Two free semi-valences of the water molecules attach on one side minerals with a
very strong binding force so that they are not available for the human metabolism
which is not a serious drawback. However this binding force is used up and
occupied by these minerals so that it is not available to the waste of our metabolism
which should be spilled out. This is a serious drawback and causes a reduction of
the “cleansing capacity “ of the water and leads to increased plaques and other
deposits (e.g. arthritis) besides stroke, diseases of veins and arteries, sclerotic
symptoms and heart attacks.
2.7.3.
Metabolism and liquefaction
On the other end of this “grab arm” there is normally air attached, oxygen and
nitrogen both with positive effects as they are absorbed in our bloodstream. Oxygen
is supporting or unloading our immune system, nitrogen is liquefying the blood and
thereby unloads the heart and supports the metabolism. Furthermore Natural
Oxygen Water is an allowed natural “doping” substance for all physical activities in
every day’s life.
2.7.4.
Liquid crystal
The eccentric position of the hydrogen atoms is the reason for the magnetic
structure of the water molecule. Therefore water has its unique physical
irregularities. Without these irregularities life would not exist on this planet.
Furthermore water forms clusters which are changing their mutual relationship
comparatively fast, thereby restructuring water, the so-called liquid crystal.
2.8. Natural beauty for the skin
In order to gain further support for my numerous extensive water projects I insert a
topic of general interest to this modern art presentation. It involves meteorology,
laws of diffusion and osmosis and finally a tomato.

It shows how the human skin can be improved and withstands the natural aging for
a longer period of time. Thereby the structure of the National Oxygen Water can be
diminished within certain boundaries in such a way that the humidity penetrates
deeper into our skin. These products in the forms of spray or creams could help to
refinance some scientific projects.
2.8.1.
Memory of the skin
Since our evolutionary ancestors left the cosy boundary conditions of water our skin
still remembers that it was originally developed in water. Up to now we don’t know
why our ancestors left the water or were driven out of it. I also do not want to
embark on the odds and evens of evolution theories.
Many attempts are made to avoid the aging of the skin to prevent dryness, the
negative effects of ultraviolet radiation and extreme temperature changes. Our skin
does not only remember its development in maritime environments it also has a
short term memory which however includes our total lifetime.
Attempts were made to increase the diameters of our pores in the skin in order to
allow water and humidity to penetrate. These efforts include electric devices
operating on the basis of 1.5 Volts and a few Milliamps. It can easily be foreseen
that people do not want to have larger pores for the rest of their life.
2.8.2.
Metrology
73% of the winds in the northern hemisphere blow out of a north - western direction,
if light strings of clouds occur on the north-western sky outdoor people know that
these are ice crystals in a height of roughly 30,000 feet. This form of clouds
indicates that a cold front is in a distance of about 300 miles. This front moves from
north-west to south-east with a certain travelling speed. It always travels faster that
the corresponding warm front which is ahead. After 18 hours this front will reach the
area of the observer, the temperature will drop significantly, it will rain. After the cold
front has passed through the area there will be covered with scattered clouds, a
rough cool north-westerly wind will blow which will turn left on the northern
hemisphere.
This sort of movement and scattering of clouds can be observed at any time in the
internet on the various weather channels. The whole movement is amplified if zones
of high pressure which are turning right on the northern hemisphere and zones of

low pressure which are turning left are forming two rotors which support the
movement in the air in between of them.

2.8.3.
Law of diffusion
In high school a physics teacher takes a rectangular shell of water which separates
two sections with a glass barrier. On the left side he inserts a few grains of salt so
he has salt water on one side and fresh water on the other side. As the glass barrier
is removed, the two sorts of water will merge comparatively fast without mechanical
steering up the liquid. Brownian Molecular Movements are one of the reasons for
this effect which in this case is called Law of Diffusion.
It will be seen that in combination with metrological mechanism and the law of
osmosis healthcare effects can be achieved using Natural Oxygen Water.

2.8.4.
Law of osmosis
If the glass barrier between the two liquids (salt-water and fresh-water) is replaced
by a semi permeable membrane the following can be observed with a different test
arrangement: the comparatively big salt ions cannot penetrate through the small
holes of the semi permeable membrane which have a standard size created for
instance with lasers. Under the prevailing tendency to mix the two liquids however
the comparatively smaller water molecules penetrate from the other side into the
saltwater zone thereby creating the so-called osmotic pressure. By the way if
pressure is exerted to the system from outside, this method can be used to purify
water, which is called Reverse Osmosis.

2.8.5
Tomatoes
If a gardener raises tomatoes in his field and observes the thin bedded clouds
coming as described above, he knows that the air will soon carry more humidity. He
knows by his own experience the laws of diffusion and osmosis and collects his ripe
tomatoes right away from the bushes. If he would not do this, his tomatoes would
develop comparatively fast cracks which would heal again und would downgrade
the value of his tomatoes. The mechanism is simply explained by the very fact that
inside the tomatoes there are salt and minerals. Outside the tomatoes the increased
humidity is arriving. This humidity does not contain salt and minerals. In between
there is the skin of the tomatoes, a sort of semi permeable membrane which allows
so much humidity to pass that the volume of the tomatoes is increasing to such an
extent that the tomatoes develop the unfavourable cracks.

2.8.6.
Human skin wrinkles
In a similar way our human skin reacts. The unpleasant wrinkles develop if we do
not drink enough proper water, if we don’t protect the skin enough against ultraviolet
radiation and if we expose the skin to wind and big temperature differences.
Applying the Natural Oxygen Water from inside and outside the skin, possibly
diminished in its structural size with nano-technical efforts wrinkles in the human
skin can be reduced or even disappear. This side effect which is not of highest
scientific importance but attached to a considerable economic effect could be used
in a similar way like Natural Oxygen Water to refinance more important scientific
research.

In order to explain the corresponding research proposals, further information related
to water has to be presented.
2.8.7.
Temperature lifeline
An endless discussion is starting again and again questioning at which point of time
life ends or whether it comes to an end at all if we take in account reproduction and
religion.
In spite of some controversial discussion there is a standard agreement: A living cell
produces energy which we can measure simply in terms of temperature. A cell
which is dead definitively does not produce energy any more.
A closer look at the energy distribution of our human life shows that above a certain
level of temperature there is a strong tendency that the temperature development or
the capacity to produce energy is increasing comparatively steep up to an age of 35
years. After that there is a comparatively steep decline with a slowly smoothening
curve towards the end of life. Interpreting this curve it can be stated that elderly
people develop a tendency not to feel warm enough and dress up more while young
people do not shiver at all even at comparatively cool outside temperatures.
Looking even closer at the system it is found that if an energetic shock is supplied to
the cell, for instance a short microwave impulse, the unique structure of the cellular
water is destroyed. From this moment on the cell is dead and does not produce
energy anymore. But the microbiological elements continue to live where we think
they are the basic elements of life. In other words obviously or with good reason we
can assume that an essential element of life is the unique structure of the cellular
water which we do not yet understand well enough. Modern information medicine
will have to look deeper into this sort of structure.

2.8.8.
Minimum of compressibility
Besides biological issues a special structural behaviour of the water should be
mentioned which is not as well known as the standard abnormalities. One such
abnormality is density and temperature relationship.
If the temperature of the water is increased the compressibility decreases. Further
increase of temperature shows a comparatively wide minimum of compressibility.
Additional increase of the temperature shows a raising compressibility. Interesting
enough is the statement that the wide minimum is found more or less exactly
between 37o and 42o C where the boundary conditions of our life are fixed.

2.8.9.
Balanced food supply
Obviously the ph-value of our body liquids has to be held within very narrow limits. If
we eat any food it is very important that development of acids is counterbalanced by
alkaline developing systems. Our biological system undertakes a high degree of
efforts to keep this balance. Otherwise for example the heartbeat would stop
immediately if the ph-value of our blood which must be about 7.4 would go off track.
A combination of European knowledge and Asian experience could turn standard
food into very healthy medicine.
By its very definition the ph-value represents nothing else but that in 10 million litres
of water about 1 litre is segregated into water ions. This means that it is a ratio
consisting of 1: 10 million or 1 times 10-7. That’s where the ph-value is considered to
be neutral.
In our food supply a pyramid can be imagined. The base is carbon hydrates, then
protein, fats, vitamins, hormones and above all minerals. These minerals are
necessary to compensate against too much acid development.
The complex system of our food supply and control needs to be steered by a highly
sensitive steering system which seems to be supplied in terms of information by
water.

2.8.10.
Hunza minerals
In the Hunza Valley people developed since hundreds of years a strong tendency to
enjoy an extreme long life. The Natural Oxygen Water seems to be one essential
element of this longevity, besides so-called Hunza minerals.
These Hunza Minerals have a very high relative surface. The relative surface is
defined as the ratio of surface to volume. It becomes obvious if you imagine a cube
which has as special surface and its corresponding volume. If we cut the cube into 4
pieces the volume is the same but the surface increases. If we continue this cutting
process the volume stays constant but the surface increases. If this is done in a
mathematical infinitesimal way the surface develops a tendency to grow towards
infinity.
Besides this high surface these minerals show shapes like kaolin or montmorillonite.
Their shape is irregular with many corners and bent up and down at two ends.
These corners are charged with electrons and have a high capacity to attach
unhealthy substances in our intestines and thereby neutralize and remove them.
The empoisoning of our intestines avoids many diseases and even cancer.
Furthermore the immune system doesn’t have to fight so hard against the sort of
decay within our intestines. Decay always threatens life. One of the effects of the
Hunza minerals finally is the unloading of the immune system which can use the
left-over capacities for other protective services. Thus these Hunza minerals help to
avoid coughs or other virile diseases.

2.8.11.
Size distribution
Besides their shapes and high relative surface these Hunza minerals have a sizedistribution curve which looks like a bell, similar to a so-called “Gauss-Normal
Distribution”. If the diameters of the particles are plotted against their relative
frequent occurrence this size-distribution is obvious. In simple wording it is like the
distribution of grades in a good school exam. A few pupils have grades A and few
have grades F but most of them are in the middle. This size-distribution curve is also
well-known in concrete-technology. If sphere-like materials with these sizedistribution curves are looked at in a bulk-cross-section one sphere always just fits
into the holes of the surrounding spheres. Soil mechanics or soil physicians call this
size distribution curve a “Fuller-Parabola”. Concrete made up with this distribution
curve shows very high density and a high void ratio. This means practically no voids
in the cross section and an extremely high bearing capacity, if the contact areas are
glued together for example with cement. By the way this sort of concrete shows an
excellent workability since the material consists virtually out of exactly fitting spheres
like special ball-bearings.
A similar effect can be observed in the liquefaction of blood due to Natural Oxygen
Water.

2.8.12.
Unloading the immune system
Coming back to the effectiveness of Hunza Minerals with this sort of size-distribution
curve they have extremely high so-called “free valences” at their edges. There they
can attach for example leftover poisonous substances from our metabolism and the
metabolism of billions of bacteria which live with us and for us in our intestines.
Decay always is an extreme enemy of life. Therefore a main part of our immune
system is centred in the area of our intestines. Our biological system fights this
enemy of life directly at the place of its origin and not elsewhere in arms or legs
when the decay is already spreading. If the Natural Oxygen Water is used together
with these Hunza Minerals the immune system is not strengthened but is unloaded.
Our body does not have to fight as hard as usual against the decay in our intestines.
Some capacities of the immune system are left over and free to fight many other
hazards to our health such as virus infections like coughs and even cancer.
This relief effect cannot be overestimated since there does not exist any cure or
medicine against new viruses.
The development of vaccines costs time and is only possible if the virus which
attacks exists, is known and accessible to medical science. If it mutates very fast
and threatens mankind with the next pandemic which comes about every 40 years
killing millions of people, only one safe cure or barrier is available: our own immune
system. Therefore it makes sense to strengthen this and at the same time unload it.
2.8.13.
Summary curve
By the way, if the amplitudes of the size distribution curves are added up this means
that the diameters are plotted against the sum of the relative frequency a smooth
curve is generated. If the Hunza Minerals are compared this way with some socalled “healing earth materials” it can be seen, that these only have a small gap or
area of the whole Hunza size distribution curve.

It finally should be mentioned that the Hunza Valley is a part of the Karakorum in the
Himalayas. The longevity of the people living there is legendary. It is attributed to

the mix of Natural Oxygen Water and the minerals not dissolved but transported in
this water. The spring and origin of one of the longest rivers in the world, the Indus
River is there. The spring of this river which comes out of the rock formations is not
as clear as normal mountain spring water but already greyish and brownish as it is
more than 1,000 miles further south where the water reaches the Chasma Barrage a large dam-like structure - where the Indus has a width of roughly 12 km and a
depth of up to 12 m with strong currents and rapids. Interesting enough this water is
odd-looking but chemically and biologically clean. Every river has a so-called
cleaning capacity if it flows turbulently enough.
I would enjoy very much to produce and market worldwide a Natural Oxygen Water
for the benefit of mankind which I do already in a few countries. I would enjoy even
more to produce a “naturally cloudy” brownish greyish Natural Oxygen Water which
shows sediments at the bottom of the water bottle with Hunza Minerals. Up to now I
did not succeed to do this because it lacks the natural cleansing capacity of the
flowing water. It would simply decay in a short time in the shelves of the
supermarket. Furthermore it could not easily be bottled because large bottling plants
which cost at least 40 million USD would be ruined within short time since the
minerals would wear down the valves of the bottling machinery.
To a certain extent the situation is on one side hopeless just as everybody can catch
a fly and smash it if he is fast enough, but nobody can build a new fly up to now.
The only solution for the problem which is available right now is drinking from two
bottles at one time. In one hand you hold the bottle with Natural Oxygen Water and
in the other hand you shake up Hunza Minerals and drink both before the mix finds
time to grow bacteria and germs. Of course a few minerals could be attached to the
tongue by touching a small glass of Hunza Minerals and then you drink the Natural
Mineral Water. This method is widely used right now by informed insiders.
By the way it looks very much as if a homeopathic component is involved where
information is picked up and carried on via vibrations of the water molecule.

3. New Cancer Healing Concept
Referring to the chapter 2 concerning the structure and vibrations of water
molecules it is inevitable that the idea emerges where quantum-physical information
mechanisms will avoid and heal many so-called “incurable” diseases.
Cancer cells are obviously in their singular existence very healthy and develop an
enormous vitality whereby they develop catastrophic secondary features which
finally kill the whole organism. From our point of view it seems to be a fact that
standard medicine and pharmaceutical products cannot really avoid or cure cancer
diseases. It seems to be that cancer is related to an informative misguided problem.
It should be possible to inform cancer cells in such a way that they stop to grow and
to multiply. It is feasible that informative signals can be forwarded to cancer cells to
such an extent that they accept the order to disappear or at least to diminish
themselves.
Similar observations have been reported in standard medicine for a long time. The
term known for these observations is called spontaneous healings. Up to now there
isn’t any attempt of an explanation for these miraculous events available.
3.1. Informative Medicine – Defining the Term
Our new “Informative Medicine” should induce structural changes in the genetic
code. This means that the transmission of the information should change or correct
the sequence of amino acids. Today standard school medicine knows that
environmental poisons and other unfavourable conditions can induce these changes
in the genetic code which finally develop cancer and other diseases related to
metabolism.
From the first point of view it seems to be unbelievable that informative transmitted
signals can change the genetic code.
But exactly this effect should be investigated. Serious recent publication shows that
even mobile phone signals can change the gene code.
Main attempts to heal cancer are surgery, radiation, heat, cut-off-supply lines or
similar mechanical attempts.

After a huge amount of collective knowledge from scientific research, time has come
to develop a new interdisciplinary research including fundamental new ideas and
approaches in new “Informative Medicine“ in order to recognize and change the
causes of organic miss-developments.
The numerous findings in the Informative Medicine show promising results to such
an extent that therapeutic treatments of the diseases can be considered also without
changing the internal genetic codes. This means that at least two ways should be
attempted. One way could be the internal change of the genetic code and another
way could be an external approach without changing the genetic code.
The basic elements for the therapeutic approach are the internal vibrations of the
water-molecules with their capacity to store and to transmit various and essential
information. These new approaches include many so-called empiric findings and
some results which are already proving effectiveness beyond any doubt including
findings of basic quantum physics.
3.2. Examples for information transfer via Natural Oxygen Water
Fundamental basis of the assumptions for the new Informative Medicine are the
findings of Christian Hechtl, the Princeton Water Research Group and the German
Association for Healthy Water as they are presented in the chapter 2. In addition
numerous findings and publications of others point in a similar direction without
knowing that elements of these findings could be used for the new Informative
Medicine. Quite often these additional findings do not have any idea why and how
their systems are working. They are simply working on empiric experiences.
In general some people were very surprised and thankful to find some theoretical
explanation forwarded from our team to them to explain their efforts.
Some of these additional findings are presented as follows:
3.2.1.
Scanning Devices
A few companies elaborate on messurements of bulk vibrations picked up from
signals radiated from living human tissue. These signals are compared with
standard values messured from numerous healthy other persons with certain
diseases. In a second step these signals are analysed. Based on this analysis

diagnostic statements can be evaluated. Furthermore other signals generated from
the computerised shifts of the signals are returned to the tissue with surprising
therapeutic effects.
3.2.2.
Homeopathic Information transfer
Homeopathy was disregarded over a long period of time by school medicine as an
esoteric concept. In recent years medical doctors and pharmacy have not only
discovered this market but proven beyond any doubt that certain homeopathic
approaches have developed a high rate of probability to heal diseases which
otherwise could not be healed or which would require considerable risky and
expensive efforts with dubious side effects.
Our concept of information storage and transfer via vibrating water molecules
explains the homeopathic approach and the surprising results of Dr Bach’s
Remedies.
If homeopathy works at all what seems to be proven under certain circumstances
without any doubt, there is definitely an information transfer involved. Further
research on the water project could open new avenues for the benefit of mankind.
On the other hand it should be seen that information cannot only be developed,
stored and transferred, it also can be cancelled, modified or lost by unfavourable
boundary conditions. This also could explain why certain applications do not
materialize.

4. Natural Oxygen Water Project
Economic considerations are presented for the very reason that research also has
to be refinanced as much as possible. Further avenues have to be investigated
which could trigger the interest of investors. In this respect the report shows a sort of
modern business plan which has to be read with some understanding along this
aim. Our fast moving time requests with increasing intensity the application of
scientific developments in industrial reality.
In any business plan the technical base has to be safe and sound. At the same time
the investor wants to know how much he can earn in which time and how the risks
involved can be judged about. In science the fundamental findings of research
assume a high ranking position. In many cases the application is not of primary
interest. It should however not be overlooked that the financial resources for science
are always limited and therefore it is justified to point out financial aspects even in
research proposals. Therefore the following statements should as much as possible
fulfil the aims of a business plan as well as those of a research proposal.
The enumeration of the projects does not necessarily mean a ranking but depends
on other considerations.
The financial figures read as follows:
4.1. Combination of projects with economic theories
Referring to the basic idea of the project, the consideration of health and well-being
combined with new economic theories has produced reliable financial data which
can be summarized as follows:

Revenues gained
If the standard costs for logistics and marketing are subtracted from the difference
between production costs and retail price 15 Euro-cents or 18 Us-cents are earned
before taxes per ½ litre bottle of Natural Oxygen Water. This is of course a
tremendous percentage which is not forwarded to the investor only but which has to
be shared with all parties involved like the producer, the wholesaler, the store owner
and the patent owner who gives the licence.
About 5 Euro-cents per litre or 6 US-cents are forwarded to the investor.
4.2. Selling and marketing
The water is being produced, bottled and already sold on the German market.
A couple of million bottles are sold already every year without any effort of
advertising. This sounds much but is not sufficient. Now professional marketing is
necessary to inform people about their chance of drinking Natural Oxygen Water.
In order to organize and pay for professional marketing ten million Euros are
necessary to start up advertising the product on a reasonable market.
4.3. Financial expectations and correlations
2% of the European or the US bottled water market represents roughly 5 billion
bottles per year. The dangerous multiplication shows that 0.75 billion Euros or
roughly 1.0 billion US-Dollars bulk could be generated before taxes if 2 % of the
market would be informed about their healthcare chance.
Serious specialists assume 20% market share could be feasible. This of course
could generate 10 times more revenue.
This is enough for any investor and it could finance and refinance a series of related
research proposals.
This would verify the assumption that water is the gold of the future. It is surely
worthwhile to invest in further research and in promising water projects.
With conservative basic considerations we assume that the long term investment
does not only double the revenues in 10 years but it could well be multiplied by a
factor 10 or 20 within 10 years.

5. New economic theories to
finance and refinance research projects
Besides scientific and technical resources the financing of the projects is often very
difficult. Still many authorities believe there is more money in the world than
innovative ideas. To combine both, money and ideas is a great challenge.
5.1. General remarks
Worldwide it is very difficult to finance research projects. The financial resources are
always limited and not easily accessible. In Germany the situation is utmost difficult,
crucial and even fatal. Due to the well-known effects of globalisation enterprises
leave the country in order to produce in low cost environmental conditions. The rate
of unemployment grows well above 10%, even many activities were developed in
order to control or stop the situation at least in election times.
The birth-rate is dramatically low, taxes are tremendously high and administrative
requirements overload every activity. The fiscal and tax systems are not anymore
understandable even to experts. The state rate is dramatically high and no solution
seems to be in sight.
Not only the production lines are transferred to low-cost countries but also the big
tax payers are leaving the country and claim housing positions in low tax countries.
Last not least it is a catastrophe that ingenuity, creative scientists and similar
groups, which each country needs, desperately leave Germany because it is
hopeless to undertake any research project on a private basis if it isn’t carried out by
huge international companies or state-owned universities.
It is an anachronism that the funds for research are conveyed only to big institutions
and not to the innovative scientists which sometimes do not fit into these institutions.
By the way, if a few of these people stay in this country their innovative ideas are
often simply “stolen” by others since they cannot afford to protect themselves
through patents. Furthermore the patent protection does not hinder to simply
overtake the protected procedures because they know that the inventors can not
afford costly long-time juristically excursions. To a certain extent the patent by
standard procedure itself is quite often a great hindrance for the further development

of the inventors because they publish their ideas and quite often even do not realize
the take-over by others.
5.2. German Banking Lobby
It is simply not believable how the German banking lobby succeeds to defend and
improve its unique monopolistic position. Both the Federal Central Bank and the
European Central Bank have one main steering system besides the steering of the
monetary volume, called the rate of discount which should help to control the rate of
inflation. It is well-known to everyone on the market that the lowering of this rate is
unloading the consumer always within a considerable delay of time.
The banks simply very often keep this lowering rate in their own pockets in a
unanimously approved action. Their positive balance sheets are sky rocking and
they are still outsourcing branches and sending people into sky rocketing.
The unanimously agreed “safekeeping” of the lowering rates should call the National
and European Cartel Authorities into action but they are not daring to attack the
banks.
In a similar way the corresponding federal agencies are inactive.
5.3. American projects
The American system attracts researchers. Alan Greenspan and his successor
closely observed the market and reacted accordingly. Their German counterparts
and the European Central Bank failed because they did not want to be looked at as
imitators of Alan Greenspan and the American system.
If an American inventor or an innovative company want to start up they merely go to
their county office and apply for an incorporate company. They pay 30 USD and
within hours they have a folder with golden letters imprinted the name of their
company. They have shares and the state gives them an official round seal to
indorse their shares. The founder and owner of this company can ask his friends
whether they buy his shares in order to support his ideas. He can sell shares in the
supermarket or at the gas station. He never needs to ask his shareholders to agree
with his business decisions in an official shareholders meeting.
Thereby the American inventor or start-up enterprise finds some seed money and
can start right away. In Germany they would be still in a hopeless situation because

nobody would give them any money to start up. Venture capital in Germany does
not exist in reality or it ruins the project because they resell the projects as soon as
possible or they use up the money for their own overhead or unnecessary
expenses. The American inventor who is already on the road does not need to talk
to the banks, does not have to prove his income or risk the fortune of his family. He
also does not have to pay interest to the banks. He does not have to pay back the
money to the investors. The only thing he has to do is to share his profits with his
investors, his gains or his losses and his investors are the co-owners of his ideas
and his patent rights.
If his enterprise is not successful he is not stigmatized for the rest of his life as a
bankrupt but he can start up right away again like many finally successful
companies before him. Of course everybody knows or is informed that this sort of
risk money has some odds and some evens. The American investor buys 10
different shares which do not cost much. He knows that 6 of them do not succeed at
all. He loses his money and never hears again from these start-ups. In further 2 of
the 10 shares de does not earn a penny, they just succeed to maintain their capital.
But with the leftover 1 ½ shares he has a high rate of probability to become a
millionaire. Microsoft and Coca Cola started like that. The final ½ share out of 10
shares falls into the category of shares or cannot succeed because of illusions or
due to special conditions of the market.
In Germany a similar system does not exist. You cannot produce your own shares
and you cannot sell them. The German banks charge you ½ million Euro before
they get you off the ground. The internal revenue service is chasing you day and
night. The auditors and financial legal advisors and the controllers are charging you
fees besides the attorneys that you do not have a chance to survive.
By the way the banks charge enormous interest rates to a certain project or shorten
the loan – if it is available at all - at any time without previous informing. Another
system that banks impose on projects in Germany without any information is the
following procedure. They call the state attorney and criminal offices with charges of
money laundry if somebody invests in a project e.g. 1,300 € (in words: one thousand
three hundred Euros, about sixteen hundred USD) for starting-up or supporting a
project. From there on the people involved are occupied and busy for the next two
years to defend themselves in order to avoid long-term jailing via juristically system
which is well-known in history.
The system develops a strong tendency to jail project managers and even investors
first and ask questions 1 ½ years later. Then they admit everything they never did

ion order to regain liberty. In criminal courts they do not file any transcript; they do
not even talk about the case. They are just out for a deal by threatening the people
involved with long-term sentences so that they accept a few years in prison rather
than even longer jailing. A court of appeal does not exist which would look at the
case again.
I wrote a few books on this issue. By the way it is dangerous to write and publish
books like that in Germany. I was discussing my critical book with the president of
the German Supreme Court (BGH). He knew about the undesirable development
and took measures against them. Unfortunately nothing changed in reality. However
the president of the German Organisation of Attorneys continuously criticise the
unacceptable procedures.
5.4. New economic theories
In this hopeless situation it is necessary to think about new economic theories in
order to overcome the shortcomings of the present economic system. Capitalism
has changed into some sort of neo-capitalism and realizes that internal and
uninterrupted growth is nit feasible. Communism has failed and yet one third of the
world population lives in China with controlled market theories triggering the
question whether the communism is really dead.
Nevertheless I gave lectures on special juristically topics i.e. at a national congress
meeting for innovative ideas in the German Museum in Munich where the German
minister of Justice had invited and Chancellor Schröder delivered a special
honourable speech at the same event.
I proposed to him personally and later on personally to his successor German
Chancellor Angela Merkel to study the American way of starting up new enterprises.
This American system created millions of jobs within 200 years of existence. The
so-called “Delaware Companies” are a unique way to transfer innovative ideas into
successful reality more or less immediately. Up to now it was not possible to
persuade the German system into this new approach.

6.0 Combination of International experience
A new economic theory which should be very well adapted to the needs and
demands of the future is still missing. Therefore it might be a good idea to combine
well established experiences of various economic systems in this transient situation.
6.1. Adaptation of the scientific mind to rigid organisations
Talking to a director of the National Science Foundation in Dec 2005 I found out that
the corresponding French organisation invited the NSF to Paris for an exchange of
ideas.
I proposed that the corresponding association “Deutsche Forschungsgesellschaft”
should do the same but nothing happened. It would however be a good idea to put
the various systems and their experiences side to side as I mentioned already. The
organisations which collect the research money of a country are never innovative by
themselves. It is always the scientific people who do the research and are bullied by
the systems. It would be a good idea if e.g. Germany would support individuals at
the same time rather than the “Max Planck Gesellschaft” or the “Fraunhofer
Gesellschaft” or some universities only. It is a fact, that some very creative minds do
not want to be bound to one of these systems. We can however not afford to lose
the creativity of these geniuses.
6.2. New Economic Theory
The western civilisations are literally suffering due to high industrial capacities which
are not working at full capacity e.g. breweries are working with a medium load of
capacity of 30 percent only. We have too many refrigerators, automobiles and a
hard time to sell products nationally or internationally. It should be recognized that it
does not make sense to install even more industrial capacities which can be used
only for a limited time. It is an important challenge to use the existing capacities to a
higher degree and of course modernize them as much as reasonable.
To demonstrate this I would like to show a comparatively successful project
involving Natural Oxygen Water. Since I was working for decades on these basic
ideas involving large dams and large water supply systems connected to Natural

Oxygen Water, it was necessary to involve a big plant for water treatment and
bottling. Of course 40 million Euros were not available to drill a well, build a big
bottling plant, buy bottles and logistic systems and employ many people. In this
emergency situation I found a state-owned brewery which was working at 30 % of
its capacity only. Beer consumption was going down roughly 4 % per year due to a
change of consumer habits. This company enjoys now for a few years to bottle and
distribute a few millions of litres of Natural Oxygen Water per year, without investing
considerable amounts of money.
Of course it was somewhat difficult to transfer lab results into large industry
performance. On the other hand it was additionally difficult to get permits to produce
and market Natural Oxygen Water since the whole world still degas water before
bottling in order to get rid of the oxygen. This is done to gain durability of the water
in the shelves of the supermarket for at least 2 years. Today all these hindrances
have been overcome but large-scale marketing is the new challenge (costly
advertising).
In theory one economic curve is known very well. If financial revenues are plotted
against time, there is a big hole in the minus for a minimum of 5 years for buying
property, build and install equipment and start a business. After that a positive area
should show up where the upward curve finds its limits due to market restrictions
and increasing competition. After a small decline some sort of standard
development should sustain if the company does not break down before the positive
area can be reached. Theoretically the whole world is working on features to
shorten the 5 years before the point of breakeven is reached or to diminish the
depth of the minus dip.

Theoretically a straight line starting from the origin of this graph pointing upward into
the positive zone right away from the beginning would be desirable and feasible. If I
draw this line on the board (see red line) I see big smiles on the faces of specialists
or an understanding audience. This theoretical approach seems not to be feasible
but yet it works as the brewery example mentioned above.
Finally in rather complicated theoretical considerations regarding scientific advice for
investment numerous theories exist to support decisions whether to invest in a
project or not to invest.
I want to present a rather simple ratio which could be used as an advising
instrument besides standard proceedings: If one considers the bulk sum of the
turnover of a company in the nominator and the sum of the investments in the
denominator the ratio has a strong tendency to develop versus infinity if the sum of
the investments tends towards zero. This simple index could be one aid to decide
whether to invest in an enterprise or not. The higher ratio is a good indication for a
decision to invest. It shows that not too much money is bound over long periods of
time in rigid investments. This effect can of course be easily achieved if existing
industrial plants are used to a higher capacity. The iterative ups and downs in the
beginning of the red line near the origin should indicate uncertainties and
unforeseeable surprises when theory is transferred into reality.
6.3. Partnership relating production, selling and consuming
Due to fast changing and unfavourable economic boundary conditions in some
western countries especially in Germany people live in fear that they could lose their
job or they could earn less. The result is a change in consumer behaviour. They buy
less in order to save money for bad times. A financial system which rewards people
for consumption beyond the standard systems which relates consumers and sellers
could show positive results. The basic idea is that consumers get some percentages
for goods that they buy. These percentages are in a collective manner accumulated
in an enterprise and redistributed to the consumer in small fractions for so many
years until the regains reach the total shopping price or significant fractions of it.
A few enterprises have already tried out and applied this system with various
successes.
6.4. Extreme money saving and investments
There are countries in the western hemisphere where in difficult times in spite of
many serious problems the saving rate of the population is very high. The state
economy is overloaded with debts; the population is overloaded with private debts

and additionally charged with debts which they cannot influence since the
government is accumulating these debts. The saving rate is raising and certain
elements of deflation are showing up while inflation is at the same time threatening.
It sounds like an absurd idea when people have to fight floods and droughts at the
same time. The social systems such as health care or pension systems are
breaking down. The governments do not find any solution for the problems, but are
constantly looking for their re-electing benefits. They advise people to look for their
old-age pension themselves. One of these possibilities is to invest in promising
enterprises. This should be done at a time when these shares do not cost much e.g.
1 or 2 USD. Then however the investment should be in promising areas. Hardly
anything looks more promising in these days than to invest in water. The need for
good drinking water is dramatically increasing in this world beyond any imagination.
6.5. Strategies to overcome terrorism
Additional new economic theories have to be developed and investigated in order to
meet the challenges of the near future. If it was the east-west conflict with its
threatening atomic fallout it is today the extremely diverging gap between poor and
rich or between north and south. The east-west conflict has been partially overcome
not only by sheer economic power but also by information. People living under
communist restriction found access to western TV-Stations. Thereby they found out
that live could be different. After that they did not accept state tyranny any longer.
The north-south problem seems to be much more difficult to handle. Communism
has lost but western democracies did not possibly win. Our democratic system is
definitely the only one which we want to live in. A closer look however shows that
western economies and their democratic systems find themselves on the very edge
of the cliff and their existence is threatened. We can not handle terrorism with
Marines only and we can not assume that a system will survive which depends on
continuous economic growth. We cannot overload one part of the population and
pay for the other which is not allowed to play along or cannot play along due to lack
of education.
Therefore we propose some new approaches in order to overcome terrorism.
One of them is coeducation from Kindergarten to postgraduate university level.
This is not a mere theory. At the moment it is done at a large scale by the Christian
Philippine University, CPU. Its president Oscar Suarez graduated in Princeton and

he is eager implementing this concept with grandiose results. Of course CPU would
need more monetary supply. Since this support is not easy to gain I proposed last
year in Manila the correlation with Natural Oxygen Water. The Philippines have
need for good drinking water and the Natural Oxygen Water can be produced there
at low cost not exceeding the standard prices for drinking water. Thereby the
monetary supply for CPU could be refinanced. Again information comes into the
picture. The cleric of the Catholic Church which is in competition with Islam in the
Philippines is basically willing to spread this project idea of binding coeducation with
water via air channels.
I accepted the duty to create ideas and funds for this Philippine coeducation
concept. Therefore I presented my research proposals to the National Science
Foundation with basic correlations to the World Bank and the National Health
Organisation and finally the World Health Organisation.
6.7. Healthcare problems and the age pyramid
Referring to the tightening economic situation of the industrialized nations it is wellknown that the health care problem is exerting increasing pressure. On the other
hand the information should be forwarded to everyone that drinking enough water
which means drinking more water as we drink today will reduce and heal a whole
array of diseases. This positive effect could be achieved with any water which is
normally better than no water. The positive effects would increase dramatically if
people would drink the Natural Oxygen Water which I defined and proposed
worldwide. Nature has produced this water for millions of years. We are undoubtedly
physiologically adapted to this unique sort of Natural Oxygen Water as we are
adapted to the air which we breathe. Apart from some pollution the air is still
available. The Natural Oxygen Water does not exist anymore because we degas it
with technical efforts for the sake of a longer “shelf-life” of the water bottles. In tap
water we lose the oxygen content largely due to other effects.
Today we meet well-known systematic. People in ancient Greece did not like
tyranny – they switched to democracy. After some time they switched back and forth
because there didn’t seem to be any ideal solution. If we want to generate a future
which should overcome existing and uprising difficulties we must develop and live
new economic theories.

6.8. Information, advertising and marketing
Even if we life already in the so-called information age we literally suffer because
important information can not be forwarded to the people without tremendous
amounts of money for advertising. The information referring to catastrophes spreads
by itself due to special human mentality. Information relating for instance to the
numerous life-saving side effects and possible cancer control by Natural Oxygen
Water has not yet the attributes of exciting news that it is self-running. In this
transient situation the project and the related projects need a large amount of
monetary supply for advertising in order to reach the self-starting momentum. It is
significant feature of our time that almost every project is feasible as long as
marketing can be paid for. We should see that innovation, science and our future
are dramatically interconnected. For these reasons a research proposal is
presented together with economic and legal considerations in order to point at the
refinancing effects.

7. Additional Projects related to
Natural Oxygen Water
Various additional projects should be attached to the National Oxygen Water
Project. Some of them like the water purification in Africa in connection with
seepage and cost-saving on large dams experience is available. In similar way
experience is available for the water supply involving tectonic fractal zones. These
projects I executed about 30 years ago. In order to further develop these
experiences some research projects have to be started. Other projects should be
evolving further and take in account the increasing challenges of the future.
7.1. Large earth dams on pervious foundations
About at least 100 large dams should be built in the very near future in order to cope
with water supply shortages worldwide. Since I built the probably largest earth dam
on pervious foundations about 30 years ago a few findings have been proven
beyond any doubt within these years.
Any dam requires a lot of effort in terms of injections in the foundation area of the
dam in order to prevent seepage. More than 100 dams have been lost due to these
seepage problems. The US corps of engineers has made many investigations for
more than half a century.
One third of the costs of a dam are invested into the efforts of seepage control.
Hardly anybody dares to build a dam higher than 30 ft just with an up-stream
blanket. When I built the Chipatta Dam in Zambia grouting was not possible there.
With a large up-stream blanket and the corresponding relief wells this dam produces
perfect drinking water which could be called Natural Oxygen Water more or less
automatically without any engineering efforts or additional costs for about 30 years.
The water seeping a considerable distance through sandy soil materials according
to Darcy’s Law is filtered and biologically clean as it is collected in the relief wells of
the dam. Besides the 33% saving of construction costs and time of the dam the
water treatment plant can also be saved besides its enormous costs for chemicals,
maintenance, management and control efforts.
Obviously the comparatively huge mass of sandy soil in the path of the water
seepage does not only clean the water but it develops a self-sustaining biological
equilibrium in the subsoil. Upstream of the dam there is brownish water with

bilharciosis and pollution. After seepage into the relief wells of the dam perfect
drinking water is collected, that fulfils all standards of public water supply systems.
After this long-term experience it is necessary to investigate the special boundary
conditions of the Chipatta dam in order to reproduce these findings on a even more
safe basis.
Even so-called mixed foundations which I developed and practiced about thirty
years ago have a significant influence to our projects since the behaviour of the socalled pore water pressure within clays explains some findings.
7.2. Water resources involving tectonic fractional zones
As I executed worldwide new the public water supply project for the city of Bad
Reichenhall in Bavaria, Germany, it was found out soon that similar approaches for
supply projects worldwide could be used. Now the experience is available to support
public water supply projects in a similar manor if the boundary conditions are met in
a corresponding way.
For instance the water from Lake Bodensee is used to supply big cities along the
Rhine River. This water has to be treated in large treatment plants before it can be
used for human supply purposes. The Lake Bodensee is the biggest lake in Europe
and the Rhine River is flowing through this lake. The Rhine River supplies various
European Countries with fresh water. Due to shortages this water is treated and
used multiple times, some times even 18 times. This situation could be improved by
engaging in the tectonic water supply concept. While the Europeans could pay for
their improvement themselves there are other countries that can’t. In this situation
an international engagement should start up a new development.
7.3. The Dubai Project
Public water supply systems in Europe are generally designed for a medium
demand of 150 lt water per person and day. Dubai and some other Emirates are
using not 80 lt but 1,000 lt per person and day. This water is mainly generated out of
costly reverse osmosis desalination plants and is not a good drinking water. It is
also not good for irrigation where it is used extensively. This water harms human
health and does not improve the growth of plants. Therefore even more water is

supplied to the landscape for irrigation and the effect is decreasing due to salinity
and other unfavourable side-effects.
I was asked to develop procedures which could improve the quality of the Dubai
water and thereby drastically reduce the amount of water needed and improve plant
life.
My Natural Oxygen Water technology in combination with a few other technologies
which are not very costly could transfer this sort of distillated water into good water
for irrigation and human use.
The problem arising there is not of any monetary or technical dimension but a legal
one. In China and Dubai we collected bad experiences with the implementation of
contracts. Natural persons or small associations with lean financial capacities
engaged in legal actions have no real chance. They do the work and the costly
reimbursement does simply not materialize. Therefore we need the legal and
political assistance of a federal and international organisation maybe the World
Bank or the National Science Foundation.

It is self explanatory that a detailed cost estimate is necessary before any final
decisions can be made. On the other hand it is not foreseeable how much monetary
supply will be necessary finally. Regarding the cancer research alone it could be
found out that 200 and 500 million USD might be necessary in the long way of
development. Other health and research organisations could embark as the
development proceeds.
For an immediate start-up of the most important and urgent projects 10
million USD would be necessary in order to elaborate further on the various
research projects.
In other words the development of the preliminary documents is already costly and
needs financial support for documentation and feasibility studies.
The monetary supply for this cost estimate does not have to be generated in
one bulk at the beginning. Ten researches, some equipment and housing for a
few years could be started with about 10 million USD and generate money
according the water supply systems mentioned above in a refinancing
component.

9. Revenues which can be achieved with
the research proposals
It is unusual to combine research proposals with business plans. As it was
mentioned above research has sometimes to be transferred into industrial reality in
a short time. On the other hand it could support the financial basis of research if it
contributes to its costs as soon as possible or even earns its costs with a
reasonable surplus. Furthermore the philosophy of business plans changes
continuously for many reasons. Everybody realizes that the business plan is a
forecast only which is difficult to be evaluated. One basis of a business plan remains
an important value: The aim and the procedures of the business must be honest
and realistic. Having these remarks in mind the following data should be read as
cumulative findings.
The possible earnings of the projects can be summarized as follows:

10. Final Remark
It was found out that the whole world suffers most probably the entire century due to
the dramatic effects of international terrorism. One of the dangerous arguments was
lucky enough not discussed in the public too much is the vulnerability of the public
water supply systems.
Even if we protect the wells, reservoirs and many other assets of the supply
systems poisons, viruses and other mistreatments can be inserted at any water
hydrant or valve in the supply line. All it takes is a hand pump as it is used to inflate
tires to overcome the water pressure. This is a hazard which hopefully does not
impact on us.
On the other hand water itself can be influenced and misused as a self-supporting
system in order to store and carry on information and messages. This can be done
for the benefit of mankind but it also can be misused for harmful activities.
It will be one side-effect of this research proposal which aims at the further
investigation of internal vibration of the water molecule and its wide spread
application in health and cancer control. The proposed and anticipated findings
might very well reach further more out into the biological and mental understanding
of our very existence and even spread beyond the limitations of our earth far into the
universe. Without any doubt we have do embark soon into this future world of the
vivid importance of the mystic liquid crystal which we simply call water today.
From the very beginning we have to use Natural Oxygen Water without any
desegregating and ruinous changes. We must use the Natural Oxygen Water
precisely in the same manor as nature used it for many million of years deep in the
history of our development. On one hand it sounds complicated on the other hand
recent history has taught us that most important developments are basically very
simple.

Dedication
I dedicate these visions to my families, children and grandchildren who hopefully will
see the further development of the projects, enjoy the benefits or carry on the art of
the various interdisciplinary fields which are touched. Grateful thanks to those
amiable persons who actively supported the work.
Furthermore I want to include all my opponents who mistrusted the immerging
projects in the beginning and gave me wings to proceed with even more enthusiasm
until all the projects developed into successful reality. Thereby we all can enjoy the
experience of almost half a century and hope that a few left-over challenges will also
materialize.
I apologize for the sacrifices which I imposed on my families in the pursuit of my
visions instead of concentrating more on pure applied science and engineering.
