1. PARKING

Pre-Paid Car Parking (SOLD OUT) = On-Site in Baronscourt
o Show your QR Code email to marshal at Entrance – either printed out or on phone
Pay on Day Parking @ £5 per car = On-Site in Baronscourt
Bus Parking:
o Mini Buses with up to 26 seats = On-Site in Baronscourt
o Coaches > 26 seats = Drop Off at Entrance Only & Park in Newtownstewart

3. FOOTWEAR & CLOTHING:
- Well-worn, securely tied trail shoes (triple knot!)
- Light breathable top + shorts / leggings
DUCT TAPE & CABLE TIES NOT ALLOWED
4. WRISTBANDS / START TIMES
You must collect & sign for your
Wristband at least 30 MINUTES before
your allocated Start Time. You must be
wearing your numbered Wristband to
be allowed into the Starting Area.
5. WAIVER
For insurance reasons, all participants
must sign in before they enter the site.
Please queue according to your Surname (Individuals) or Team Name (Teams of 4).
6. UNDER 18s
All 16 & 17 Year Old Participants must have a completed Parental/ Guardian Consent Form &
Valid ID with them to be able to take part.
7. VALID ID
For Health & Safety and Insurance reasons, any participant who looks 23 or under will be
asked for Valid ID at Registration. Don’t take it as an offence - it is meant as a compliment!
8. FIRST AID STATION: Located beside Event Village. Order of Malta staff & ambulances also
on course. If you need assistance, speak with a Marshal immediately. If you notice any cuts
when you finish, get it cleaned ASAP.
9. CUT OFF TIMES: The course will shut at 18:00 so you’ve at least 4 hours to make it
thru. If you haven’t made it to certain points by fixed times, you will be redirected. For
Health & Safety reasons, anyone not finished by 18:00 will be removed from the course.
The site will close at 19:00 so please make sure you bring all belongings with you.
10. FREE FACE PAINTING: Located in Event Village - arrive early to avoid Queues!
11. SPECTATORS: Free entry to site. Parking = STG£5 per car. First come, first served basis.
12. SECURE VALUABLES DROP: Located in Event Village. For wallet, phone, car keys etc.
You will receive a wristband, which you must present to collect your valuables.
13. CHANGING AREAS & UNATTENDED BAG DROP: Rustic Male / Female changing in
Event Village. Limited space to leave your kit bag – we recommend you leave your bags in
your car where possible. Pack a towel, dry clothes and a plastic bin bag for your mucky
clothes after the event!
14. WATER STATIONS: There are two Tipperary Water Stations on the course at approx
4KM and 7KM and one at the Finish Line. Make sure you take time to stop and re-hydrate.
15. DRONE VIDEO: Please be aware that there is a drone camera filming overhead
throughout the day – make sure you smile and wave if you see it at any stage!
16. I MADE IT THRU’ PHOTO: As you cross the Finish Line, make sure you pose for your
Official Photo, which you can view afterwards on our Facebook page.
17. EURO OCR CHAMPS: HELL & BACK is the an Irish Qualifier for the European Obstacle
Course Run Championships in June. Therefore the first 10 men & first 10 women past the
Finish Line will be handed invites to take part in the European Finals in Holland.
18. HELL’S HEROES: We want to reward the Hell’s Heroes who go out of their way to help
fellow HellRaisers. Our Marshals will be handing out winner wristbands to the most
deserving people on the course – make sure you claim your prize from the H&B
Shop/Info Point in the Event Village when you finish!
19. UNISEX WASH DOWN ZONE: Hot showers to wash off muck. Located by Event Village
NB: As Baronscourt Estate is a working farm, no shampoos/shower gels etc are
allowed in the Wash Down Zone as the suds will poison the animals.
20. CLEAN GREEN EVENT: Please use bins provided – do not bring anything that you
cannot bring home. We are holding this event on a working farm so we all must respect
the animals and their surroundings.
21. H&B SHOP: Buy exclusive merchandise, incl hoodies, training tops, beanie hats & gloves.
22. HELL’S KITCHEN: Bring €€€ for delicious grub in Event Village. Choose from burger, hot
dogs, venison, ice cream....you’ll have one hell of an appetite!
23. LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN: Lots of Angel’s Delights and Devil’s Treats at the Finish Line
for you to sample. A packet of Jelly Beans will never have tasted so good!
24. FINISHER’S T-SHIRT: You’ll be presented with your exclusive HELL & BACK Finisher’s T-
shirt as you exit the Site. You MUST be wearing a Coloured Wristband to collect a T-shirt
– therefore make sure your Wristband is securely fastened before you start!
25. VIP APRES PARTY: The Cellar Bar @ River Inn in Derry from 8-10pm. Complimentary
glass of bubbly and finger food upon arrival. Bring printoff of your VIP ticket for entry.
