Shell to Frozen Conversion Chart:
Whole Egg: 3 Tbsp = 1 large shell egg, 1 cup = 5 large shell eggs, 1 lb = 9 large shell eggs
Yolk: 1 Tbsp = 1 large shell egg yolk, 1 cup = 11 large shell egg yolks, 1 lb = 22 large shell egg yolks
White: 2 Tbsp = 1 large shell egg white, 1 cup = 7 large shell egg whites, 1 lb = 14 large shell egg whites

Frozen Egg Storage & Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture when kept frozen. Prior to use, the
product should be thawed for 2-3 days at refrigeration (34 - 40°F). Once thawed, the product shall be used
within 3 to 5 days. Store unused portions in refrigeration at 34 - 40°F. Improper storage and/or thawing can
jeopardize the integrity of the product. Do not thaw and re-freeze.
