Diameter Adaptors Allow You to Handle Smaller Drums with the Same Drum Handler

Diameter Adaptors insert simply and quickly
into the drum holder in just a few seconds. With
the hooks slightly above the drum holder, tilt
the Diameter Adaptor downward so that as the
hooks engage the top of the drum holder band,
it settles into place with its lower tabs protruding
below the drum holder band. Your drum handler
is now ready to handle the smaller drum size. To
return to handling a 55-gallon (210 liter) drum,
simply lift the adaptor out of the drum holder.
Insert the correct size Diameter Adaptor to
handle each smaller drum. Diameter Adaptors
are available for sizes from 14” to 22” (35.6 to
55.9 cm) diameter.
These handy accessories allow a single Morse
drum handler to handle various smaller drums.
Inserting the Diameter Adaptor reduces the grip
diameter to match drums smaller than a standard
22.5” (57 cm) diameter 55-gallon (210 liter) steel
drum. To return to handling a 55-gallon drum,
simply lift the Diameter Adaptor out of the drum
holder.
Diameter Adaptors for 17.5” diameter and
smaller drums have brackets at top and bottom
of the drum. They adjust to securely hold a drum
from 15” tall, up to 38” tall.
Spark resistant and stainless steel Diameter
Adaptors are available for the same diameter
ranges.
Note About Drums with Ribs: Because it is
recommended that drums be held at their middle,
proper size Diameter Adaptor should be used
only on a drum with at least 8” between the ribs.
Diameter Adaptors are made in 1.5” (3 cm)
diameter increments for common drum sizes.

brackets prevent an inverted Rubbermaid Brute from
slipping out of the drum holder.
