Cuz I'm a woman
Remember in 2008 when Barack Obama said that one of his qualifications for being President was that he ran for President?
Well, as idiotic as that was, Hillary Clinton just topped him.
Big time.
While appearing in South Carolina, Hillary Clinton said the following:
"Clearly I'm not asking people to vote for me simply because I'm a woman. I'm asking people to vote for me on the merits. And I
think one of the merits is I am a woman and I can bring those views and perspectives to the White House."
Yeah. She said that.
"Don't vote for me because I'm a woman! Vote for me because I'm a woman!"
Sometimes the stupid just dribbles out of Hillary's mouth like baby spit-up.
And how is being a woman a "merit?"
Merit is defined as "the quality of being particularly good or worthy, especially so as to deserve praise or reward."
We can't help what gender we are.
[And don't give me the "But, but, but Caitlyn Jenner!!" argument. Bruce can mutilate his body and put on dresses, but he is still
biologically a man.]
Our gender is something we are born with. It is a fact of our existence.
It is not a "merit."
This is the same reason I hate the whole, "I'm proud to be black," "I'm proud to be Latino," "I'm proud to be white" bull-pucky.
I believe in being proud of the things I accomplish in my life, and my skin color is not something I accomplish; rather it is simply a
fact of my being.
Same goes for my gender.
I'm not a woman because of what I've accomplished or earned in my life. I was born that way.
It isn't a "merit."
If Hillary Clinton really thinks her gender is a merit doesn't that say quite a bit about why she is such a dreadful candidate for
President?
Of all the possible things one could point to as evidence of one's qualifications to be President -- experience, policy positions, vision
for the country -- the only thing Hillary can cite is what's between her legs?
I'm telling you, it leaves Obama's "My ability to campaign is proof I'm qualified" in the dust.

Who knew Peggy Lee was more qualified to be President than Hillary Clinton?
