This Office announces the Celebration of the Division Reading Month this November 2016. 2. This activity aims to rekindle the passion to read of both students and teachers and to promote the effective ways of teaching reading. 3. All elementary and secondary school heads/OICs and coordinators of English are encouraged to give full support to the aforementioned event particularly on November 22 and 23, 2016 where complete attendance is desired . 4. Expenses will be prorated to all schools (see attached), chargeable against Canteen FSD Funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5. English coordinators and trainers with classes shall make the necessary arrangement to avoid disruption of classes. Utmost cooperation of all concerned will be highly appreciated. 6.
