Content :
At the beginning of the course, the learners listen to the language systematically and intensively for a week.
Speaking, writing and reading skills are developed once the learners have become familiar with the sounds and rhythms of French.
In addition to classwork, the learners continue their learning of French outside the class by means of 'exercises in town'. The
learners leave the class and make contact with French speakers to perform various tasks of observation and interaction.
The students also have access to online exercises using the platform Moodle..
Several compulsory excursions are organised during the course, to Louvain-la-Neuve and another town in Belgium.
Students have to devote 6 hours per week to learning French outside class. This work at home is essential to consolidate what has
been taught in class. The students are required to keep their various assignments (writing and vocabulary exercises etc) in a folder.
