The surfaces must be dry, absorbent, sound, clean and dust-free. Roughen smooth surfaces. With very absorbent surfaces e.g. gas concrete blocks, first dampen or preferably prime. If the surface is hardly absorbent, a bonding agent must be applied. We recommend that a moisture test is carried out before starting. and the paper is allowed for 5 to 10 minutes to become soft. Then bonding application is carried out. Product application: Mix 1.5 parts Filler to 1 part clean water. We recommend that the water is added to the mixing vessel first. To achieve a lump-free consistency, it is best to leave it to soak for about 2 mins. Apply with filling knife or plasterer’s trowel. It is possible to smooth the surface as soon as the filler begins to set. The surface must be damped slightly.
