BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT YOU ARE LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO ITS TERMS
This Guarantee Agreement ("Agreement") is accepted by Reliant Energy Retail Services ("Reliant Energy") in lieu of requiring a cash
deposit from the Customer for the furnishing of electric service to the Customer at the above address, or any other address to which
Customer transfers service during the term of this Agreement.

As a condition of entering into this Agreement, I, the undersigned Guarantor, hereby represents and warrants that I am an active customer
in good standing with Reliant Energy and shall remain a customer of Reliant Energy during the term of this Agreement. If Customer fails
to pay his/her electric service final bill, the undersigned Guarantor, unconditionally guarantees payment of all unpaid final billed electric
service rendered to the above customer in an amount not to exceed $ ____. This amount may be transferred to my electric service
account that I have with Reliant Energy and I further understand and agree that my electric service account shall be subject to
disconnection if the charges transferred to my account are not promptly paid when due. Payments under this contract shall be made to
Reliant Energy. Additionally, if suit is brought to enforce my obligation under this Agreement, I shall be liable for any related court costs
and attorney’s fees.
I further understand and acknowledge that this Agreement shall remain in effect until Customer has established a good payment
history with Reliant Energy for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months without service being disconnected for nonpayment
and without having more than two delinquent payments. After the initial twelve-month period, Guarantor may cancel this
Agreement at any time by providing thirty (30) days advance written notice of cancellation. I understand that I will remain liable
for all Customer bills incurred during the term of this Agreement including the thirty (30) day period after receipt of the written
request for cancellation.
As Guarantor, I hereby waive any notice of acceptance, demand and presentment and any other notice or demand and agree that any
renewal or extension may be extended to the Customer without notice to me.

ACCOUNT DISCLOSURE AUTHORIZATION
By signing in the space provided below, Customer hereby authorizes Reliant Energy to disclose all account information to the Guarantor
regarding the amount due on Customer’s account for electric service and charges related thereto so long as this Agreement remains in
effect.
