The 7th Annual ITS Canada National Awards Program took place on May 3, 2016 in
Calgary. The Awards Program was originally created to better serve and profile ITS
Canada’s membership by acknowledging significant and defining people, projects, and
initiatives in our Canadian ITS marketplace.
For this year's awards program, ITS Canada introduced a 5th and new category,
namely the "Young ITS Canada Leadership Award". The other 4 award categories are:
Distinguished ITS Canada Member of the Year Award, ITS Project/Program Award:
Larger Metropolitan Area or Provincial/Federal Application Category, ITS
Project/Program Award: Medium or Smaller Metropolitan Areas or Rural Application
Category, and New Canadian Commercial/Industry/Academic ITS
Technology/Innovation/R&D Award.

5. Cory Edgar, PBX Engineering, Young ITS Canada Leadership Award.
