Rapeseed oil based easily biodegradable hydraulic
lubricants offering an excellent level of lubrication

Bar & Chain Oils are tacky rapeseed oil based readily
biodegradable lubricants offering excellent lubricity,
improved anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties,
and a reduced environmental footprint.
Developed to replace the usual mineral oil based

(HEES)
Fully synthetic, readily biodegradable hydraulic
oils based on saturated synthetic esters providing
excellent high pressure and high temperature
properties, a multiple extendibility of change

Separation and
Forming oils
Readily biodegradable separation/forming oils are
suitable for system casing, operations of asphalt
carriers, pre-casting, concreting, road building etc.
EcoSEP
Non-stick separation oil providing an excellent
anti-corrosion protection and improved viscosity for
pressure spraying applications at 4-8 ATM or with
a paint brush and roller.
EcoSep is suitable for stripping of iron, plywood and
wood boarding, pressed plastic materials and for
asphalt mixture separations. Furthermore is used
for separating acrylic model boards from concrete i.e.
reinforced cement or solidified kernels from cores.
Recommended application thickness is from 12
to 15g/1m2. We also provide a pressure spraying
equipment.

Blown oils
Cold-pressed rapeseed oil based lubricants
manufactured by controlled polymerization
(raising air to the relevant temperature) offering
greater viscosity whilst retaining positive qualities
of vegetable oils and reducing an environmental
footprint. The upper limit of the Viscosity Index that
can be produced is at around 2000 mm2.s-1 at 40°
C.
Designed for use as natural viscosity modifiers,
where a high level of mixability with other types of
oils is required, and also for a production of cutting
oils, emulsions, paints and lacquers, linseed oil,
detergents, soaps, PE additives etc.
