08/04 or 08/05/2016 depending on whether I get the pdf loader under control…iffy…possibly…at this point – who knows – my eyes are square and my brain has a hole burned in it…just the normal typical day/week/month/etc. It’s been exciting around here – new color of chenille that needed to be dyed pronto for a chart with a discontinued chenille color on it – got it nailed, first batch is done and the rest is in the wash tub getting primed for a green bathie sometime tonight, tomorrow or this weekend. Our little daycare boy is coming to spend 5 days and nights – he’s having a sleepover at the bear house – his mama is going on a quick trip out of town so the augster is hanging with the big dogs – never seen a teenager who could strip the fuzzy wrap off a tennis ball quicker than he can. Kong balls don’t even present a challenge – they are striped quicker than the plain old tennis balls. We have a lot of doves in our back yard – we think one died the other day – and the ensuing game was “de-feather” but it’s only really fun when you do it in the family room…with lots of help from the “big kids”… The website is making me truly insane – I got all the links rehooked, all the pages cleaned up – what a disaster when you move from one server to another – and the last thing standing in my way is the pdf links – have harvest hop documents all ready to go and all my homeworks is done on that…just frustrating when something doesn’t work and my brain just doesn’t seem to be catching it no matter how many times I try it – no matter how many times I hook and rehook it just doesn’t stick. If you are reading this – you know I succeeded. So…we are sold out of the first batch of 2016 breast cancer kits by Betsy Morgan – I am rebuilding the kit and we will have 30 more and 3 are already spoken for. After that – I can’t make anymore – I have to move ahead to other projects – so…if you missed it – if you want one – I am kitting up 20 for the Santa Clara Guild for an appointment I have with them in October and I have the other 27 and then it’s over. Donations have been made to 2 of my teamies…my Texas teamie will be getting hers soon and then I can make mine to me and it has been a wonderful success and thank you all so much for your continued support of our feetsies and our 60 miles…this will be year five in a row and I am so looking forward to it all…serious training walks have commenced and I have to drag stuff out of the garage this weekend and send a box back to my Texas teamie since we are all heading back to Dallas. Mr. Bear is heading back east to Pennsylvania the end of August to spend some time with his son and family so I will be “in charge” on the home front for 5 days too – and I will appreciate him that much more when I have all that to do too… Have to finish this quick incase my web guy calls so he can show me how to upload this – don’t want to miss that opportunity – it’s amazing to watch him via remotely working with me – it’s definitely a “handsoff” experience and really interesting to watch the cursor go flying around the screen here. I’m out of here – converting this to pdf and putting it in the folder and waiting…we will hope for good things - the insanity with this web mess has got to come to an end sooner or later ;) have a great weekend…and thanks for visiting…and I’m hoping for a rolling slope to the learning curve later today or tomorrow.
