STEP 1: FILL IT
upper charcoal ring
Place the food to be cooked into the cooking chamber
of the Emeril™ Bam! B-Q™. Add charcoal to both the
upper and lower charcoal rings.
Note: When using wood chips, place chips in cooking
chamber before adding food.
STEP 2: FIRE IT
Using a long match or lighter, light the charcoal
in both rings.
STEP 3: FORGET IT
Let the Emeril™ Bam! B-Q™ do the rest of the work. No
flipping or basting needed. Do not open the lid until
the end if the cooking time* as the convection current
will be lost and a longer cooking time may be needed.

Do not open the lid of the smoker before the end of the recommended cooking time
as the convection current will be lost and a longer cooking time may be needed.
At the end of the cooking time, use a thermometer to check for doneness.
