On Monday 27 March we concluded our studies about Shakespeare with a special assembly. Every class showcased the work they had produced during the week. It was absolutely wonderful and each performance was completely different but equally enjoyable. The children really did delight in the experience and are all able to tell you something about the play they were studying. Well done children and Mrs Stock for organising the week! YEAR 6 ASSEMBLY rd Year 6 ‘wowed’ the whole school on Thursday 23 of March with an amazing assembly linked to their topic ‘Devastating Disasters’. The acting, singing and children’s work was absolutely outstanding. The children re-enacted part of ‘The Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1914–17)’, also known as the Endurance Expedition, led by Ernest Shackleton. They also intertwined parts of the play ‘The Tempest’ linked to Shakespeare Week. Well done to Mrs Stock and the children for this wonderful start to the day.
