TheprimaryroleoftheSalesAccountExecutiveistoassisttheSalesAccountManagerwithhighlevel
creativeideasandpresentationsalongwithbestinclassclientservicewhilealwayslookingaheadto
futureprojects.ThispositionwillworkdirectlywiththeSeniorSalesAccountManagerandtheGAP
Sales Team as needed in the growth of our clients through proactively developing and providing
targetedprogramitemsforeventsandmeetingswiththeultimategoalthatGAPPromobecomesthe
“onestopshop”forservicingtheirspecificprojectneedsintheupcomingyears.Ourendgameisto
growGAP’srevenueandcreatenewjobswithinGAPPromo.
TheSalesAccountExecutiveisaSalesAccountManagerinTraining.Thisisaveryimportantrolewhich
hasthepotentialtoevolveintosomethinglargerasouraccountsexpandandgrow.Whileworkingon
these accounts it is important to develop a firm understanding of our accounts, identify specific
opportunitiestomarkettoourclientsandotherpartners,nurturecurrentclientrelationships,present
uniqueitemsandassisttooverseetheirtimelyproductionanddeliverytoourclients.Weverymuch
wantthisindividualtojoinGAP,traintolearnoursystemsandprocesses,worktogetherwiththeGAP
Teamtoapplyyourknowledgeandskillswhileyoulearnandgrowandultimatelyovertimeyourealize
yourgoaltogrowtothatnextlevel-SalesAccountManager.Timingisdependentonboththeaccount
andyou.
GeneralDuties&Responsibilities:
• Assistinmanagingexistingclientaccountstoultimatelyhelpincreasesalesandgrossprofit
marginsincooperationwithourSeniorSalesAccountandSalesAccountManagersthrough:
• Buildingandmaintainingpositiverelationshipswithclients
• Proactivelyidentifyingnewideasanditemopportunitiesforsalesthroughmaintaining
awareness of key industry trends, identify business opportunities and mechanisms for
capturingthem
• Beingtheproduct&serviceexpert
• Presentingcreativeproduct&servicesolutionsanddevelopaplanningcalendartopitch
ideastoallclientsregularly
• Presentingcross-sellandup-sellideastoclients
• Dealingwithobjectionsandhelpingtoclosesales
• Assistwithmanagingtheorderwritingandclientconfirmationprocess
• Followingupwiththeclientpost-delivery
• Providingbest-in-classcustomerservice
• Accountableforclientsatisfactionandforprovidingoutstandingservice
• AssisttoensurethatCRMactivities&notesmustbe100%up-to-datewhileutilizingournewest
softwareanditsfeaturestoitsfullestandourclient’sprojectsdeliverontime
• Mostworkisperformedinourofficehoweveroccasionalclientvisitsmayberequired

• GAP will provide individual trained coaching on specific professional development skills
through an outside consultant who will assist you in identifying and helping to reach your
goals

Schedule
Ourteamscheduleasof8:30to5:30MondaythroughThursday.Friday’sscheduleis8-4(equivalent
toanadditional40hoursperyearPAIDtimeoff).
