Patient Chart: Face Sheets Tab
A glance at the Face Sheets tab can show you the basic admission information about a patient, including
clinical information such as why they have been admitted and allergies they are known to have. Additionally,
basic personal information is displayed.
Accessing the Encounters Tab
1. Display a patient’s chart.
2. Click on the Face Sheets tab.
Face Sheets Tab Features
The Face Sheets tab shows information from the patient’s admission. Unlike the Patient Information tab, the
Face Sheets tab shows clinical information, including the reason for admission. Unlike the Encounters tab,
which shows a record of all data from patient encounters, the Face Sheets tab shows only admission records.

A list of the patient’s providers.

A cumulative list of the patient’s allergies.
