Release of Liability and Waiver of Rights
I hereby agree to release and hold harmless the Rochester Paddle Tennis League, its employees, agents, attorneys, and successors, assignees and
their respective representatives from any and all claims arising out of my participation in the Rochester Paddle Tennis League. As a player in the
2010 - 2011 Rochester Interclub Paddle League, I hereby, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, fully and forever
release and discharge The Country Club of Rochester, Genesee Valley Club, Irondequoit Country Club, Locust Hill Country Club, Midtown Athletic
Club, Midvale Country Club, Monroe Golf Club, Oak Hill Country Club, Shadow Lake Golf and Racquet Club, The Tennis Club of Rochester, (the
“Clubs”) and the Clubs Affiliates from any and all claims, damages, demands, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, known or
unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my participation in the Rochester Paddle Tennis League or my use of the
Clubs or my participation in any of the Clubs activities or programs, including those which arise out of the negligence of the Clubs and/or Clubs
Affiliates. Further, I hereby release and discharge the Clubs and the Clubs Affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, or theft of, or damage to
personal property, including without limitation automobiles and the contents of lockers.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and I fully understand that it is a waiver and release of liability and I assume any
and all risks associated with my participation in the Rochester Paddle Tennis League. Furthermore, I agree to the terms and conditions of the entry
and registration form.
