5. Specify your search criteria, such as a date range
for which you want to view data in the report.
Introduction
Event Center allows you to view usage reports that capture information such as attendance, invitations, and
enrollment. Additionally, you can view reports that contain information about your recorded events.
6. Click Search.
7. If available, click the links on the report to display
more details.

Event Center Hosts can view reports specific to events
they have conducted and Site Administrators can view
reports for the entire site.
The Enrollment and Attendee report is available prior to
the event and allows the host to view detailed information about multiple attendees to assist in making
approval decisions.
Enrollment and Attendee Report - View a
list of enrollees and attendees for a specific
event.
• Attendee Details Report - View a list of all
events that an attendee has joined.
• Archived Files Access Report - View a list
of people who have downloaded files from a specific recorded event.
• Actual Attendee Report - View a list of actual
attendees for a specific event. Available 2 days
after an event.

Viewing and Printing Reports
To view a report:
1. Log in to your Event Center Web site.
2. Click My WebEx.
3. On the left navigation bar, click on My Reports
The My Reports page appears.

Exporting Reports
You can export or download the data in many types of
reports to a comma-separated values (CSV) file, which
you can open in a spreadsheet program, such as
Microsoft Excel. You can also print reports in a printerfriendly format.
To export a report:
1. On the report window, click Download Report.
2. Click Save.
3. Browse to a location on our computer to save the
file.
4. Click Save.
To Print a report:
Once the report is displayed, click File > Print.

4. Click the link for the report you wish to view.
