Donna thanked the Board for the recognition. She was accompanied to the
Board meeting by her husband Len, and their three children, Alyssa (22),
Hannah (17), and Zach (13).
Mr. Rob Rosenberry, Director of Human Resources, gave an overview of the
TalentEd Recruit & Hire talent management system, which will be implemented
at the BCIU in the spring of 2016. TalentEd is a comprehensive applicant
tracking and hiring management system which will help to streamline the process
for the Office of Human Resources and job applicants alike. It is a customizable
and efficient alternative to paper processes, candidate phone calls, and
cumbersome filing. It will also provide greater flexibility in the recruiting and
hiring process, allowing departments to find and share applicants across the
organization.
