To ratify an amendment to the current agreement between the Berks County Intermediate Unit (BCIU) and BUILD (Third Sector New England, Inc.), for BUILD to provide professional services related to convening and engaging Keystone STARS stakeholders around re-visioning STARS standards. Donna, as program secretary, is an integral part of the Operations Department and does a great job keeping the maintenance staff organized. Because of her efforts, maintenance staff are able to respond to departmental and building needs in a timely manner. Donna handles a wide variety of duties, from receiving calls for building concerns to scheduling vendors and maintenance staff, with excellent customer skills. EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH — Donna Sell, Office of Business Services / Operations Donna thanked the Board for the recognition. She was accompanied to the Board meeting by her husband Len, and their three children, Alyssa (22), Hannah (17), and Zach (13). Mr. Rob Rosenberry, Director of Human Resources, gave an overview of the TalentEd Recruit & Hire talent management system, which will be implemented at the BCIU in the spring of 2016. TalentEd is a comprehensive applicant tracking and hiring management system which will help to streamline the process for the Office of Human Resources and job applicants alike. It is a customizable and efficient alternative to paper processes, candidate phone calls, and cumbersome filing. It will also provide greater flexibility in the recruiting and hiring process, allowing departments to find and share applicants across the organization.
