SAPIENT’S TERESA BOZZELLI AND CHRISTINA FREDERICK NAMED
TO MARCH OF DIMES HEROINES IN TECHNOLOGY
AWARDS COMMITTEES
ARLINGTON- August 16, 2012- Sapient Government Services, a division of Sapient
(NASDAQ: SAPE), and a leading provider of consulting, technology, and marketing services
to government and non-profit organizations, together with the March of Dimes announced
today that Sapient’s Teresa Bozzelli and Christina Frederick will serve key committee
leadership roles as part of the March of Dimes and AFCEA NOVA’s Heroines in
Technology® awards program.

The pair began their key leadership roles at the start of the year as part of the
communications committee for the awards program, which honors the significant
contributions of women in the technology industry who exemplify leadership in volunteer
community service. Bozzelli is also participating in the awards selection committee, having
been honored by March of Dimes herself as a recipient of the Heroines in Technology
Individual award in 2011. The committee appointment is a one-year term.

March of Dimes is the leading non-profit organization for pregnancy and baby health. The
organization works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature
birth and infant mortality. Proceeds from the black-tie gala will support local March of Dimes
programs of research, community services, education and advocacy. Since 2001, the event
has raised over $1.4 million to support the March of Dimes mission of saving babies.

joining Sapient in 2010. During her tenure, the division has achieved record growth and

Frederick, senior manager, marketing strategy & analysis, has been with the company for
over nine years in a variety of marketing roles.
