If a member fails to notify the Institute, his membership of the Institute shall cease automatically upon the expiry of the 60 days, and the terms of paragraphs (ii) and (iii) of the proviso to Byelaw 2(10) shall apply. Explanatory note: The Institute is increasing the time by which a member needs to notify the Institute if he has entered into an IVA or become subject to a bankruptcy order from 30 days to 60 days. This is to provide greater flexibility.
