A talking rabbit!
Richie repeats what you say but in a funny voice. Just activate your
capability switch, wait for the red light and then speak to Richie who will
then repeat what you say in a silly way. Plays for up to 30 seconds. Hit
your switch again to start over. Works both with and without a switch.
Size: 6¾"H x 4¼"W. Requires 3 AA Batteries. Weight: 12 Oz’s.
6. If Richie Rabbit is not going to be used for a long period of time, e.g.
one month or longer, we recommend removing the batteries from him
during storage to prevent battery drain or leakage, which can cause
damage to Richie Rabbit.
Operation:
Troubleshooting:
1. Richie Rabbit requires 3 AA batteries (Not included). Use alkaline
batteries only (e.g. Duracell or Energizer brand). Do not use
rechargeable batteries or any other type of batteries because they
supply lower voltage and the unit will not perform properly. Never
mix old and new batteries together or different brands or types
together.
Problem: Richie Rabbit does not work.
Action #1: Check or replace the AA batteries with fresh new batteries.
Action #2: Try a different switch that you know works with other
toys/devices to rule out Richie Rabbit as the source of the problem.
2. The battery compartment located in a Velcro sealed pouch on the
bottom of the Richie Rabbit. Open the pouch and carefully remove
the connected battery compartment. To remove the battery
compartment cover, unscrew the small Phillips Head screw then
remove the cover. Install new batteries, being careful to observe
proper (+) & (-) battery polarity. Replace covers and screws. Set the
ON/OFF switch to ON.
Problem: Richie Rabbit runs non stop when I plug my switch into it.
3. Connect Talking Richie Rabbit to any external capability switch via
the 1/8" cord jack. If you need to use a ¼ " to 1/8" adapter for your
switch, it must be a mono adapter, (our No.1170) not stereo.
Richie Rabbit are surface cleanable only.
Action# 1: Make sure your switch is plugged into the cord jack all the
way, there should be no gap. If there is a gap Richie Rabbit will run non
stop.
Care of Unit:
Do not submerge the unit, as it will damage the contents and the
electrical components.
4. Make sure that the connections between the external capability switch
and the adapter (if applicable) and the cord jack is plugged in all the
way. There should be no gaps.

5. When you activate your capability switch or by pressing the Try Me
on Richie Rabbit’s paw, a red light on this animated plush toy will
indicate when to talk to them. Everything you say will be repeated
back by Richie Rabbit who will speak in a funny voice while his
mouth moves. Great for encouraging speech.
