FRESH PASTA In crafting our fresh pasta we use Semolina and Durum flour, vegetables, herbs and spices. ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS.
Our most popular flavors are listed below. If you have a favorite you do not see - please request it. I am confident we can
accommodate you. Refrigerated, fresh pasta has a shelf life of up to 14 days. For longer storage, portion and freeze.
All flavors below are available in the following styles: Pasta Sheets,
Angel Hair, Linguine, Fettuccine, Fusilli, Rigatoni, Ziti, Penne, Mafalda, Strozzapreti.
Minimum order is 10#. For Tri-Color, a 30# minimum is required.

RAVIOLI
A labor of love at Vermont Fresh Foods, incomparable flavor and smooth creamy texture define Vermont Fresh
Ravioli. NEVER FROZEN, ravioli are made to order with a delicate ravioli dough and highest quality, aged, imported,
domestic and local cheese. Ravioli keep for up to 12 days in your refrigerator. Freeze immediately for longer shelf life.
Cook ravioli fresh or frozen -approximately 3 minutes for best results.
ORDERING AND SPECIFICATIONS
Ravioli are available in a LARGE 3”x2 ½” size- app. 15 count to the pound; Count may vary slightly depending on filling
density. Ravioli are packed approximately 4# to the box, 3 box (12#) minimum (if not already making that flavor).
Our ravioli come with egg pasta wrappers. Ravioli are also available with flavored pasta wrappers. (i.e. Butternut
Squash and Pumpkin with Sage Pasta.) See pasta flavors. For flavored pasta a 4 box MINIMUM is required (16#)
Flavored pasta 1 side is also available. If there is a filling that you desire not listed below, custom fillings are available.
