The non-profit destination uses nature to educate and excite visitors about conservation and wildlife. Moody Gardens features three main pyramid attractions: the Aquarium Pyramid, which is one of the largest in the region and holds many species of fish and other marine animals; the Rainforest Pyramid, which contains tropical plants, animals, birds, butterflies, reptiles, and a variety of other rainforest animals including free-roaming monkeys and two-toed sloths; and the Discovery Pyramid, which focuses on science-oriented exhibits and activities. Another major attraction is Palm Beach, a landscaped white sand beach with freshwater lagoons, a lazy river, tower slides, and splash pad play area for children. Moody Gardens also has a RideFilm Theater with motion-based pod seating, the MG 3D Theater features the largest screen in the state of Texas, 4D Special FX Theater, paddlewheel cruise boat, a hotel, golf course and a convention center. Mack began television advertising early on and with his motto of “Early to bed, early to rise, work like hell and advertise”, he quickly became a household name. The triumph of Gallery Furniture is mostly attributed to Mack’s “do-whatever -it-takes” approach to pleasing the customer. With just 2 locations, Gallery Furniture sells the most furniture in the nation per square foot. Mack’s strong work ethic is matched by his philanthropy and exceeded only by the commitment he has to his family. 7:30am - 8:30am Breakfast & Business Meeting ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 8:35am - 9:15am Mars Presentation Micro Market Merchandising Q & A to follow ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 9:45am - 11:00am ROUND TABLE TOPICS: Insurance Technology Prekitting OCS & Water MicroMarkets What’s New in Vending ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Friday PAC Drawing & Silent Auction Join us at the beautiful Moody Gardens Hotel and Spa to participate in the PAC Drawing & Silent Auction.
