Dear members, For your information, I wanted to explain

Dear members,
For your information, I wanted to explain in a few words why I chose to resign from my position as
president.
A dispute has developed between Mr GUEYDAN, regional director of Blue Green and myself concerning
their business approach. Blue Green encouraged us to pay our fees by 15 December and without warning the
membership included 3 golf courses instead of 4.
I made a phone call and sent an e mail indicating my disagreement and disapproval of this and I admit in
somewhat strong terms.
I did not have an answer until one month later when I received an email asking for my address so that they
could reimburse me, stating "clearly if you are not happy, look elsewhere"
These are the facts, which hopefully everyone will understand.
The members of the Association wanted me to stay with them and I agreed for their sake and for the
members and not Blue Green, who apparently do not know what the words "client" and "volunteer" mean.
I hand over to the new President Stéphane to continue this letter and hope to see you soon on the golf course.
We had a board meeting last Friday with all the members elected at the last general meeting
to hear Jean Pierre’s decision.
On behalf of the committee we do not want any controversy on the subject of resignation.
We sincerely thank him for continuing as a member of the Association and we hope for an excellent new
2015 season.
The members and the president want to continue with a lively and enthusiastic committee working in
conjunction with the golf staff, Blue Green Team, our restaurateurs as well as all the members of the golf
club.
We will inform you early March of the calendar of competitions for this season.
Please note that April 5th 2015 for the opening of competitions will be The Easter
Trophy.
Yours sincerely,
Stéphane NERAULT
Jean Pierre GREGOIRE
