Participants are encouraged to enjoy all Center programming including: - Arts & Crafts - Exercise - Socialization - Cards & Games - Lunch - Special Events - Cognitive stimulation - Music & Entertainment - Wii Games Additionally, participants enjoy specialized activities that focus on their present strengths and are monitored regularly to follow the individual’s improvement or decline. The goal of the program is to prolong independence. Research demonstrates that the social interaction, exercise and cognitive stimulation that are found within the senior center and the Circle of Care Program provide the means to that end. * The program is not intended for those individuals who require delivery of medication, personal hygiene care, or for those who present a wandering risk. Circle of Care … providing gentle and compassionate guidance and care to those individuals who require a more structured day, enhancing their overall senior center experience.
