Do you have a clear picture of what motivates you to get up and go to
work every day? Imagine taking a day to reflect on your motivations,
values and passions — and to explore what a personal sense of
purpose means in the career choices you make and the effect you have
on others! Join us for a daylong workshop to explore and claim your
purpose in work and in life.

Throughout the day, you will work together as a group, in smaller
break-out groups and independently, focusing on the following:
• Define your purpose in life — identify what drives you.
• Create ways to bring a personal sense of purpose to work.
• Define your core values and most important strengths necessary to
be a high-performing leader.
• Put all the information together and commit to a 45-day roadmap
that defines your next steps.
• Make connections with smart, powerful women who have
participated in the Millennia Leaders® Program.
