Important
1. A Thermostat Controller is
required to use this heater(s).
Before the heater is on, make
sure the heater is fully
submerged into the water. For
best results use with a ST
Rolden Thermostat Controller.
• DO NOT USE the heater if the power cord or power
outlet is damaged.
• DO NOT EXCEED THE LOAD LIMIT OR WATTAGE
MAXIMUM of the Rolden Thermostat Controller. It is
better NOT to reach the load limit due to electrical
current fluctuations in your area.
2. Affix two of the suction cups
provided inside the aquarium
and position the heater
horizontally or vertically in the
location that has the best
water circulation.
3. Do not touch the heater
unless the power cord is
unplugged.
• Use caution and avoid damaging the heater. Do not
use a cracked or damaged heater.
• When the heater is in use, make sure the heater is
FULLY SUBMERGED into the water.
Limited Warranty
Attention
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY:
Immediately turn off the power supply and unplug the
power cord for safety during any dangerous situation.
WARNING:
Unplug the power cord and turn off the power supply
before proceeding with any maintenance. Do NOT
attempt to repair heater if broken.
The power cord cannot be replaced. If it is damaged,
the heater must be discarded.
S.T. international provides a 2-year limited warranty for the Rolden
Quartz Heater (350W/450W). The warranty is valid only under
regular use and conditions. It warrants this product to be free from
defects in material and workmanship. If this product is defective, we
will repair or replace it. Customer is responsible for shipping
product to S.T. international in order for the determination to be
made whether a repair or replacement is necessary. If it is
determined to be a manufacture defect, the product will be repaired
or replaced at no additional cost. This warranty does not apply to
claims due to incorrect installation, improper operation, lack of
maintenance, misuse, mineral deposits or attempts at repair work.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. This
warranty is valid for the original retail customer from the date of
original retail purchase. To submit a claim you must: (1) Obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by going to
www.STinternational.com (2) Enclose the following into a shipping
box: the product in its original packaging, a completed RMA form
and the original sales receipt (not a copy). Follow shipping
instructions on the RMA form. If determined to be a manufacture
defect the return shipping of the repaired or replaced product will be
paid by S.T. International. Please allow 30 days for processing.
Keep out of reach of children. This heater is not
intended for use by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge.
