Complete this section to request a different way for your payment to be drawn down. If you want your pension drawn completely from one option, write 100% next to that option. If you want a mix, specify the percentage of each option, making sure the total adds to 100%. Once there’s no longer enough money in your chosen option(s), payments will automatically be deducted from the account balance invested in your other option(s). We may also use it to supply you with information about the other products and services offered by us and our related companies.
