Dear Member,
We would like to extend a warm welcome to all our members to the 2017 Season of
Golf.
As officers of your Clubs, we are honoured to represent and serve you as
President, Captain & Lady Captain as we look forward to a year of great
golf, lasting friendships and hopefully even more success in team golf.
Our committees are fully committed to facilitating the smoothest possible running
of our club.
Thank you to all our valued Sponsors for their continued support, and to our New
Sponsors we extend a huge welcome. We as members should strive to promote
and support our Sponsors in 2017.
For our 21st Anniversary, there will be an emphasis on growing the membership
and promoting the integration of all members old and new so all can enjoy the
special friendship we have which has been fostered by those who have gone before
us.
New ownership has benefitted us with significant investment in the clubhouse and
the course in the past year, with a lot more planned for the year ahead. Our course
is improving all the time, we have the best winter greens in Connacht thanks to the
hard work of the green-staff.
Rachel Drury our new caterer, is a pleasure to work with and has provided a great
service to us already. There is an exciting new menu in place and she needs our
support. Please go up and have a cuppa and a bite to eat whenever possible.
Look forward to seeing you on the tee box.
Yours faithfully.
