Champion in the 100 meters.

Higgs clinched his first Olympic
spot with a victory at the Bahamas
Championships. During the 2012
collegiate season, he was the SEC
outdoor champion, bronze finisher at the NCAA Outdoor meet and
earned All-America honors.

titles and 10,000-meter championship (2003) - A 14-time All-American - Also captured seven SEC titles
- He won two indoor 5,000 meter
trophies (2002-03) - During outdoors he was a threetime steeplechase champion (2001-03) and in 2002
he claimed the 5,000 and 10,000-meter titles.

Scott was the pole vault runner-up
at the 2012 Olympic Trials in Eugene, Ore., to secure his spot on
Team USA. He was a 2004 All-American during his one year at Arkansas
and was the 2006 Pan Am Games
silver medalist.
