Jerry Salzano
Summer Baseball Camp
Jerry Salzano has enjoyed both playing and teaching baseball his entire life. Born and raised in the Trenton-Hamilton
area, he attended Steinert High School where he was a standout Varsity Player. Upon his graduation, in 1992, he was
drafted to play professional baseball. Since then, Salzano has played over 11 years of professional baseball for teams such
as the Detroit Tigers, Milwaukee Brewers, Chicago Cubs, Atlanta Braves, Cincinnati Reds and the Boston Red Sox. In
2002, Salzano won the Fan Favorite award while playing for the Trenton Thunder. Today, he runs the Jerry Salzano
Baseball Academy and shows younger ballplayers how to be the best they can be. His enthusiastic personality and
baseball knowledge has helped many local players drastically improve.
Camp Summary
Jerry Salzano’s Camp will provide personal instruction in four fundamental baseball tools:

Please dress children in comfortable clothing, bring sneakers & spikes. All children can pack a lunch and water or
purchase lunch and drinks from the concession stand daily. Sunblock is strongly suggested.

participate in the aforementioned activity and authorize the program directors and/or instructors as Agents for the undersigned to
consent to Medical, Surgical and/or Dental Examination, in addition to any and all other Treatments that may be deemed necessary by
medical personnel. It is understood that this activity involves and element of risk and a danger of accidents and knowing those risks, I
hereby assume those risks. In addition, I understand that by signing this agreement, I hereby release and discharged The Jerry Salzano
Baseball Academy and Hamilton Township from any and all liability resulting in injury associated with participant’s participation in
this activity. I agree that pictures taken during program hours may be used for future promotional purposes. In the absence of a
parent/guardian’s signature below, payment of fees and participation in the program shall constitute acceptance of the conditions set
forth in the release. Hamilton Township and The Jerry Salzano Baseball Academy will not provide health and/or accident insurance
for program participants.
