Organising parties for little ones is always a big job.
That special day only comes once a year, so it needs to
be perfect. Don’t fret though, that’s where we come in.
We will help you organise everything from start to finish
– all you need to do is choose a party package and then
turn up with the party prince or princess
and your birthday cake!
Choose from the following packages:
Turtle (1-4 years)
Enjoy an exciting 90 minutes in soft play. Your party lunch boxes
will include a sandwich, crisps, fromage frais or jelly and diluting
juice – all of which will be served at your party table within Clambers.
£8.05 per child
Time slots available are Monday to Thursday – 09.30am, 11.30am
or 1.30pm, Friday 09.30am only.
Minimum number of children for this package is 9,
the maximum is 16
Soft play Birthday Party Packages
Make even more of your special day with one hour of soft play fun followed by 45
minutes exclusive use of our party room. The room comes complete with a throne
for the birthday child, tattoos and party games – all managed by one of our
experienced party hosts.
Children are provided with unlimited diluting juice and catering for parents and carers
can be provided. Please ask at reception for a booking form with further details.
These parties cater for a minimum number of 12 children and maximum of 25.
Time slots for soft play birthday parties are as follows: 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1pm,
2pm, 3pm, 4pm.
Clownfish (1-10 years)
This party package comes with a party box lunch for each child
which includes a sandwich, piece of fruit, crisps, fromage frais or
jelly and diluting juice. £11.95 per child
Starfish (1-10 years)
This party package offers the same as the clownfish food option
however includes a cold platter of cocktail sausages, sausage
rolls, cheese portions and raisins. £12.95 per child
Dolphin (1-10 years)
This food package includes the clownfish party lunch box with
an addition of a hot food platter which contains chicken goujons,
mini pizzas, fish fingers and potato wedges. £13.95 per child
We can accommodate most dietary requirements, including vegetarian or vegan
options with advanced notice. Please advise prior to your birthday party.
Added extras
If you wish to add any additional catering to your party we can assist with that. We
can offer tea, coffee and biscuits for the adults attending as well as sandwich platters,
paninis, tortilla chips, jelly tots, milky way stars, milky bar buttons and a range of hot food
extras, please see full details and prices on our booking form (Available from reception).
How do I book?
Simply chat over your requirements with our reception
team, complete the party booking form and we
will confirm your booking via email. If you have

Terms and conditions:
• Birthday cakes and party bags should be provided by the booking organiser, the venue does not provide this.
• Party invitations are provided by the venue, these will be mailed to you or issued at the time of booking.
• All parties are allocated a party host, however the party organiser must ensure there are enough parents to supervise the children attending.
• As we deliver up to seven parties per day, we ask that your party vacate the party room promptly so that clean up duties can commence.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance is required seven days prior to the birthday party.
• An allocation of two tables in Clambers will be reserved for your party. All parties with the exception of the Turtle will include exclusive use of the party room.
