Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel your John Lewis Added Care
at any time and receive a refund. Full details

Suitability
This policy is suitable only:
• For pay monthly contract mobile phones (not pay as you go) purchased from a John Lewis branch,
including Vodafone stores within John Lewis in the last 60 days;
• For mobile phones which are used for personal purposes only, by you or your family,
who live with you;
• For persons who do not already have insurance that covers the mobile phone against
theft and loss
The cover you receive
This policy provides protection against loss and theft. If your mobile phone is lost or stolen,
we will provide a replacement of the same or a similar specification. The replacement may
be refurbished (not brand new). If we cannot replace your mobile phone we will either provide
you with a John Lewis gift card to purchase a replacement or at our discretion, a cash
settlement. The John Lewis gift card or cash settlement will not exceed the market value
of the mobile phone when you originally purchased it.
Exclusions
• Not taking appropriate care of your mobile phone, this means:
-Knowingly leaving your mobile phone somewhere it is likely to be lost or stolen.
Before leaving your mobile phone somewhere you should consider whether you
would leave other valuable items like your money or watch there:
-Not locking your mobile phone away out of sight if you have to leave it somewhere.
If you cannot lock it away then you should hide it out of sight.

The duration of your policy
Cover starts on the date you purchased your mobile phone. All cover under this policy expires
on the earliest of these situations:
1.The expiry date as shown on your confirmation schedule (which will be provided within
the next 14 days) ; or
2.The date that your mobile phone is replaced or you receive an alternative settlement
3.The date you cancel the insurance
How to make a claim
If you need to make a claim you should call TWG Services Limited on 0330 100 3637 between
8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am and 4pm Saturdays, or 9am and 5pm Bank Holidays. We will
need your IMEI number. Please ensure you make a note of it as soon as you take out this policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel your policy at any time. Should you wish to cancel your policy please contact the
administrator by telephone on 0330 100 3637 or write John Lewis Added Care, PO Box 99,
Mitcheldean, GL17 0SX.
Complaints
If you have a complaint relating to the sale of this policy please contact John Lewis Head Office
Customer Services by telephone on 020 7828 1000 or by post to 171 Victoria Street, London
SW1E 5NN.
For complaints relating to the terms of this policy, administration or claims handling under this

Compensation Scheme
The insurer is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be
entitled to compensation from the scheme if the insurer cannot meet its liabilities. Find more
