In order to ensure that each Participant has a positive and safe experience, Reign Ministries reserves
the right at anytime to reject any applicant for any reason.
3.
COSTS.
a. Each applicant accepted into the program (each “Participant”) is expected to cover the full cost
of the Trip. If the Participant is a minor, it is expected that the parents or legal guardian who
signs the consent form (“Legal Guardians”) will assume full responsibility to reimburse Reign
Ministries for all costs as set forth on the application materials or incurred by the Participant.
b. Each Participant is responsible for any medical costs incurred by the Participant on the Trip.
Each Participant must be covered by valid medical insurance the entire time they are in the care
of Reign Ministries staff. The Participant or their Legal Guardian must notify Royal Servants
immediately if there are any changes to the Participant’s medical insurance coverage at
anytime during or before the trip. If necessary, and when financially possible, Royal Servants
will pre-pay for medical treatment while overseas and will provide the Participant or Legal
Guardian an invoice for any costs incurred. However, the Participant or their Legal Guardian
must reimburse Reign Ministries no later than [120] days after the date of the invoice.
c.
All fees and donations paid are non-refundable, and the Cancellation Policy as set forth in the
Prep Packet will apply.
4. MODIFICATIONS AND/OR CANCELLATION.
a. If the Participant desires to make makes modifications to the trip, the Participant must first
obtain permission from Reign Ministries to do so, and the Participant and/or the Legal
Guardian shall pay for all costs which arise out of the modification.
b. If the Participant cancels before or during Training Camp, the funds raised, less any incurred
expenses (penalties for airline, hotel, transportation and administrative fees, etc.), will remain
credited to the Participant’s account for one year, and the Cancellation Policy as set forth in the
Prep Packet shall apply. Cash refunds will not be granted to the Participant.
5.
HEALTH. Each Participant must submit the Physician Form completed and signed by a licensed
physician, a completed and signed Health History Form, and a completed and signed Vaccination/
Vaccination Release Form. A copy of each form is in the Prep Packet folder.
6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Legal Guardians give consent for the Participant to travel with Royal Servants.
Participants and Legal Guardians release and waive any claims against Reign Ministries, its officers,
directors, staff members, or volunteers involved with this Trip from any and all legal liability,
including but not limited to any losses resulting from sickness, injury, or death that arise out of or be
related to this Trip. Participants and Legal Guardians fully realize that there are hazards associated
with any international travel, and understand that the Participant and the Participant’s Legal
Guardians fully assume these risks, including but not limited to hazardous traffic, poorly constructed
roads, dangers resulting from crime, military or political problems, sickness and/or disease.
Participants and Legal Guardians specifically release Reign Ministries, and all concerned, from any
claim of negligence in their duties as leaders, staff, or volunteers on this Trip. In no event will Reign
Ministries’ liability exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Participant or the Legal Guardian.
7. MEDIA. The images and/or statements of participants of Reign Ministries’ programs are occasionally a
part of the ministry’s publicity, development, publications and/or public relations activities.

2. Royal Servants seeks to create a safe, healthy environment on all of its mission trips. You want that
too. Therefore, we expect each participant to obey all guidelines and follow the instructions of Reign
Ministries’ staff. We expect that each Participant abide by any applicable rules, laws, or statutes in the
country where the trip is taking place, because no one wants to see a person causing a problem by
being arrested, getting hurt, or acting in a culturally insensitive way. If anyone on a Royal Servants
mission trip refuses to fully obey the guidelines, it may result in the Participant being sent home
prematurely. If a Participant has to leave the trip prematurely, whether due to a health issue, a death
in the family, discipline, or any other reason, the Participant or their Legal Guardian will be expected to
pay for any and all costs associated with being sent home. These expenses may include, but are
certainly not limited to transportation, lodging, and/or food, for the participant and any accompanying
leader.

Ministries agrees that this information shall only be used for public relations, public information, ministry
promotion, publicity, development, and instruction.
8. INDEMNITY. Participants and Legal Guardians also agree to defend, indemnify and hold Reign Ministries, its
directors, officers, employees, participants, and/or volunteers harmless from and against all losses, liability,
demand, claim, damage, injury or loss of profits or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating
to any act, omission, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of the Participant.
9. CONSENT. Participants and Legal Guardians authorize Reign Ministries Staff to make essential decisions on
their behalf with respect to medical treatment, emergency surgery, or hospitalization should such be
necessary. Participants and Legal Guardians acknowledge that they and the Participants are responsible for
reviewing all the rules, policies, and guidelines of Reign Ministries as included in the Prep Packet and Parent
Packet, and acknowledge that Participants are responsible for abiding by such rules, policies, and guidelines.
10. UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES. In the event of a circumstance beyond Reign Ministries’ reasonable control,
including but not limited to acts of war, terrorism, natural disasters, or civil unrest, Royal Servants Trip
Changes and Cancellation policy as set forth in the Prep Packet shall apply. In the event a Trip must be
cancelled or modified for any such reason, Royal Servants reserves the right to change the itinerary, in some
cases prior to notifying the Legal Guardians, and will take all necessary measures to act in the best interest of
the Participants. If a trip has to be modified while the team is overseas, Reign Ministries will not hold the
Participants responsible for any additional charges as a result of events beyond reasonable control.
11. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, null
and void or unenforceable for any reason, such determination shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement
and such remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
12. WAIVER AND MODIFICATION. The waiver by either party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall
not be deemed a waiver by such waiving party of any subsequent breach.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the
subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written and oral agreements with respect to
such subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing and signed by an authorized officer
of each of the parties hereto.
