Ramsay Free Home Pharmacy Visits start November
Ramsay Pharmacy will soon be working with local area GPs to
provide post-discharge home medicines reviews for eligible patients
– commencing in November.
“Ramsay Pharmacy will work with St George areas GPs to
coordinate Home Medication Reviews where appropriate. This will
ensure patients are optimising their medication management and
aims to reduce medication misadventure post-discharge,”
