The CanSPEP 2014 Conference will be the 17th Annual Conference of the organization since its
inception as IMPAC in 1996. The Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners is a powerful,
vibrant and growing association of independent event planner entrepreneurs who collectively
produce thousands of meetings, conferences and events each year. Its membership is strictly
entrepreneurial event planners from across Canada, so when your company supports our events,
it is excellent exposure to one of your target markets. CanSPEP provides Industry Partners with a
direct channel to this key market influencing an annual spend of over $50 million dollars. Many of our
members have forged long-standing supplier relationships thanks to connecting with companies
who have participated as a sponsor at a CanSPEP event. At the very least, they have recommended
suppliers to other planners or clients.
The conference theme is “C2O - CanSPEP Connects 2 Ottawa • Originality • Opportunity •

national voice in the event industry, and is the only association in Canada that

Payments:
Full Payment is due with signed contract.
Cancellation: Upon Signing of this agreement, you agree to participate as a CanSPEP Conference
2014 sponsor/exhibitor as indicated in the contract. In the event a cancellation is
made after signing this contract, you will still be responsible for 50% of the total
agreed cost.
Cancellations are not accepted after December 16, 2013.
