I, ______________ , son/wife of ____________ ,resident of ________________,age ____ years, am making this will
on the ______ day of ___________ out of my free volition and without any coercion or undue influence
whatsoever and state that this is my last will and that I hereby revoke all Wills and codicil made by
me at any time heretofore, I bequeath my property , interests and other rights as follows:
1. I bequeath on my death to ____________my title interests and all other rights which I have as
owner of the residential / Commercial Property at ____________ , I hereby state that the below
mentioned person shall be entitled to use and enjoy the said property at his own will after
my death.
2. I have my wife __________, two daughters ________ and _______ and two sons_________ and ________
who will be entitled to succeed to my properties under law in the normal course. But my
daughters are all married and they are living separately with their husbands. They have
been properly and well provided for during their marriage. They are therefore given only
30% of my property in equal ratio of 1:1 share in my properties under this will.

hereto to my first son ___________ absolutely to be held and enjoyed by him with full and
absolute powers of alienation.

absolute powers of disposal.

hereunder to my both daughters in equal ratio absolutely to be held and enjoyed by them
full and absolute powers of disposal.
6. I bequeath to my wife _________ the property bearing No_________ and described as item No. 4
in the Schedule hereto absolutely to be held and enjoyed by her with full and absolute
power of alienation
7. I bequeath on my death the following ornaments and jewellery belonging to me to wife

Sons in equal ratio of 1:1
9. I bequeath the amounts receivable by me the time of my death from various parties on

11. I direct that any amount that may be determined as payable by me by way of debts, dues
