WELCOME
Summer is a wonderful time at COCA! Our Arts
Camps for kids and teens—in dance, drama,
poetry, sculpture, songwriting, videography
and much more—are taught in an instructive
and encouraging environment by professional
teaching artists who care about both their craft
and their campers.
This year, we are pleased to announce a longer
camp day—hopefully providing a little more
flexibility for parents, plus even more time for
your campers to learn and experience new
things, build their skills and—most importantly—
have fun! As always, we have a wide variety of
half- and full-day camps, a supervised lunch
period, and Before and After Care, so you can
build a day that works best for your family.
Welcome to COCA

this camp provided in partnership
with Dave Simon's Rock School.
This camp will touch on musical
concepts such as rhythm, harmony,
tempo, bass line and dynamics as
students have the opportunity to
play child-sized instruments (drums,
keyboard and electric guitars). They
will also learn some back up dance
routines and create a band name,
poster and t-shirts for a performance
for family and friends on the final
day of camp. Dave Simon's Rock
School developed Kidzrock as an
opportunity for young children
to learn the basics of music and
experience the thrill of playing in
a real rock band. All instruments
provided by Dave Simon's Rock School.
