Continuing Education Seminar No 86
“Maintaining the rage”
Welcome to the ANZCA NSW Anaesthesia
Continuing Education regional meeting being held
at beautiful Coogee beach. This year’s theme
is “Maintaining the rage” – focussing on how
we maintain our skills, motivation (and sanity!)
through a career in anaesthesia.
Our international speaker is Denham Ward,
Professor Emeritus of the Departments of
Anesthesiology and Biomedical Engineering
at the University of Rochester Medical Centre,
who will speak on achieving mastery skills in
anaesthetics practice.
We have a fantastic series of workshops,
including ANZCA-accredited emergency response
scenarios (CICO and anaphylaxis), education and
ultrasound workshops.
Saturday afternoon will feature a Q&A-style panel
discussion on “controversies in anaesthetics
practice” to keep the rage going.
Come and join us at the Crowne Plaza Coogee
Beach for an excellent weekend of discourse,
education, controversy and fun.
You are welcome to attend all of the talks throughout the two days. For the breakouts you can select one PBLD or
workshop in session two and one PBLD or workshop in session three on saturday and one PBLD or workshop on
sunday (Only 1 emergency response workshop can be selected over the whole weekend).
