We invite you to join us as we prepare for the 3nd Annual Marcedes Lewis Football Camp,
which is offered free to youths living in community. This event will take place June 18th, 2011.
Last years event provided coaching in all facets of football, a presentation on staying drug-free
by a retired Drug Enforcement Agent and, taking into consideration the high obesity rate in our
upcoming youth, strength and conditioning by specialists with an emphasis on exercise.
Marcedes and a staff, which included coaches from local high schools, active college players
and professional athletes, instilled the importance of education through personal interaction.
Each camper received lunch, a t-shirt (listing all sponsors) and an autographed action photo of
Marcedes Lewis embossed with our sponsors' logos. Over 450 youth attended and we are
expecting an even larger turn out this year in addition to over 100 volunteers who helped at
this special event last year.
As the Marcedes Lewis Foundation grows, we will be able to support our youth with
scholarships in football, baseball, volleyball, dance, and many other areas that they may
otherwise be unable to afford. The ultimate goal is to help support youths through High School
and to offer a college scholarship to one deserving youth annually if all academic requirements
are met.
We hope this year you will become as passionate and as excited about this most important
Foundation as we are. Your contribution will help the football camp by enabling us to provide
a safe facility, lunch, t-shirts and an action photo listing the many sponsors who support every
participating youth.

camp t-shirts, (e) logo/name will be placed on the autographed picture that will be given to all campers, (f) name/logo

• PLATNIUM LEVEL ($1000) With this level, you will receive, (a) 5 autographed 8x10 photos of Marcedes (b)
autographed Jacksonville Jaguars jersey (c) autographed football by Marcedes and other pros at camp, (d) 5 camp tshirts, (e) logo/name will appear on camp t-shirt as a presenting sponsor, (f) logo/name will be placed on the
autographed picture as a presenting sponsor that will be given to all campers, (g) signage at camp (to be provided by
sponsor).
• DIAMOND LEVEL ($2500) With this level, you will receive, (a) 10 autographed 8x10 photos of Marcedes (b)
autographed Jacksonville Jaguars jersey (c) two autographed Jacksonville Jaguars mini-helmets, (d) one autographed
football by Marcedes and other pros at camp, (e) 10 camp t-shirts, (f) logo/name will be placed on the autographed
picture that will be given to all campers, (g) name/logo listed on back of camp t-shirt, (h) signage at camp (to be

• MARCEDES LEVEL ($5000) With this level, you will receive, (a) 15 autographed 8x10 photos of Marcedes (b)
two autographed Jacksonville Jaguars jerseys (c) autographed football by Marcedes and other pros at camp, if in
attendance.
(d) two autographed Jacksonville Jaguars mini-helmets (e) 15 camp t-shirts, (f) logo/name will appear on
