Final Exam
Important Notes:
1. Once you begin the final exam do NOT open another
browser or leave the screen and do NOT hit backspace.
Both will get you kicked out of the exam.
2. Once you submit your final exam, don’t freak out
about your grade! You can earn up to an additional 30
points once I hand grade your essay responses.
Permit Test
While proceeding through the course, you may see a pop-up screen offering an
online permit test (which is the Road Rules and Road Signs Test).
Here are several things for you to know:
1. The permit test is something you take IN ADDITION to the course final exam.
The entire Driver’s Ed course, including the final exam, is free.
2. There is a convenience fee of $30 to take the test online. This is in addition to
the permit fee you will pay at the DMV (around $50).
3. You must be 15 – 18 years old to take the permit test.
4. If you would like to take the online permit test, please first complete the
Driver‘s Ed course so you will be better prepared to pass the permit test.
Benefits of Completing this Course
1. Raise your high school GPA.
2. Earn ½ an elective credit.
3. Satisfy the state graduation requirement of completing an online course.
4. Receive a Drug and Alcohol Certificate required to obtain permit/license.
5. Possibly lower your car insurance rates. Call your insurance provider
for information.
6. Become a better, safer driver!

Driver’s Education
Exam Review
1. Complete this Driver Education course, which counts as the 4-hour
Drug and Alcohol course/test.
2. Print your Drug and Alcohol Receipt. A few days after you submit your
final exam, check your Dashboard “Messages”. I will email you a
“Drug and Alcohol Receipt”. Follow the instructions to download and
print your Drug and Alcohol Receipt.
3. Take the Road Rules Test and Road Signs Test (This is IN ADDITION to
the Driver’s Ed course.) You may take the tests in person at the DMV
or online. Carefully read the entire “Drug and Alcohol Receipt” email
as it will provide you with important information as well as a link for
taking a practice test and a link to take the required “Road Rules Test
and Road Signs Test” online if you’d like.
4. Go to your local DMV. Refer to the “Drug and Alcohol Receipt” email
for a link that will provide you with a list of documents you will need.
