“THE FIRST ST EP TO HIGHER EDUCATION”
Monday with Ms. Danielle! We are excited to see the rhythm, tempo, and pitch ac vi es, coupled with musical composi on, vocal techniques and music terminology. Some of the new vocabulary in‐
cludes: glissando, forte, piano, presto, & largo What a sense of accomplishment! They will be reading the notes and playing a song together as they read the color notes and combine it with quarter rest notes. This will also in‐
clude clapping and coun ng the rhythm of whole notes, also. We are so proud of how our students are learning and developing to be li le musicians in a big way! We choose this new program to en‐
hance the learning and provide more leveled ac vi es per age group. This month, you will see your pre‐
schooler use a variety of instru‐
ments to demonstrate and acknowledge moving up and down in music, learn a steady beat, tap‐
ping rhythms, recognize and apply quarter notes with instruments. We will also learn the quarter rest this month in week 4. Our Pre‐K and Kindergarten stu‐
dents will be recognizing and play‐

raldo had to say about their Spanish for March
Each week our Spanish lessons will bring this language to life as we study the season of Spring. Our objec ves for this month include language and songs that highlight this season and vocabulary to link meaning to language about changes in our world and the beau ful colors of new life that Spring, or Primavera, brings. We will learn the following vocabulary with hands on materials and engaging tunes that help us recall the new informa on about new growth in Spring! Flores—flowers Jardin—garden Pajaro—bird Semilla –seed Mariposa—bu erfly preschool experience with us in their own words: “…We love our experiences with Kids R Kids! Our son’s teachers feel like an extension of our family and there’s never a doubt that both boys are ge ng love and care. When a concern arises, we discuss this with the boys’ teach‐
ers and school director and get undivided a en on un l we get resolu on. With our youngest one, Jacob Ryan, we talked to the teachers about po y training and they really worked with him to keep him on task. Our only complaint is our boys never want to leave! Especially for technology Friday for the School age kids, we are given special in‐
struc ons to come later that night. We truly do love Kids R Kids and all the staff that make it such a welcoming and comfortable ex‐
perience.” Find out more about this special family by reading their display board in our lobby. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Giraldo! Activities Calendar
